If I could give zero on this experience I would!
I am writing to express my disappointment with the subpar service I received at one of your Wendy’s locations, located at 35 Hamilton E Holmes Dr NW, Atlanta, GA 30311.

As a local resident and director in the restaurant industry, I took my children to the Wendy’s at the address above around 11:25 PM. I ordered $40 worth of food, including a large meal and two children’s meals.

One of my meals was incorrect. I returned to the window and informed the associate that my order was incorrect. She claimed to have prepared my food herself and that my sandwich and large meal were in the bag. She was wearing a blue jacket! An elderly woman, who appeared to be the shift manager, as everyone was listening to her as I waited with the window closed to resolve my issue!

I retrieved the meals from my children in the backseat and placed them all back in the family-sized bag to demonstrate that my order was incorrect. I received three children’s meals instead of the two I ordered. The children’s meals were substituted for the bacon Nader meal I requested, which was intended to be a large.

Not only was the order incorrect, but the food was also subpar. The cheese was not melted, the bacon was burnt, and the burger patties were burnt and in pieces. I was deeply disappointed with the service.

The associate engaged in an argument with me when I was not combative at all. I simply explained that they had overlooked my order and that I desired the correct meal. This is not the kind of leadership I anticipate from Wendy’s management.

I frequently visit this Wendy’s in the morning after taking my children to school. It is my preferred dining establishment. For this service to be so inadequate, I assure you that I will not return to that Wendy’s. I will also inform the general manager about the poor conduct of her shift lead during their night rush.

This is always a last resort because they either never have something or they ALWAYS get your order wrong! I’ve never had a bad customer service experience they excel at that! Everything else just sucks horribly! If you want friendly service but lack of items or following order directions this is your place!

Drive thru backed up and he back there on his phone. The young lady in the window is really rude she doesn’t know how to multi task she take one order. Once she complete that order that’s when she take another order. Door dash is losing out for bad service like this ! Definitely taking this over the store manager location.

I didn’t even try the food because I went to use the bathroom first and it was filthy! Women’s used products all on the floor, trash bins overflowing, no soap in the bathrooms. If that was nasty I’m pretty sure the staff was too.

I frequent Wendy’s for breakfast all over Atlanta. This particular Wendy’s is hit or miss in the morning. The manager is rather mean light skinned woman with braids. Very hot tempered and doesn’t respond well with instructional orders. I have to request that my English Mcmuffin get toasted twice everytime because it isn’t toasted…and every single she’s there, there’s continued sass. No matter what the request. Mind you this 7-8am in the morning and I’m a paying customer. This past Friday will be my last time going there. I posted 3 pictures of the molded dirty biscuit with what looked like a bite was taken out of that was given to me (with a smirk) on Friday morning. Instead of giving it to my daughter I documented and trashed it and stopped by McDonalds. This what we call “slick evil” where I’m from. Wendy’s this manager should work in the afternoon, not the morning shift. She’s not nice enough and seems to bring problems to work with her. I’ve encountered her on atleast 4 occasions with her stuff. “Ain’t nobody got time for that”…..lololol. Look at the pics and tell me would you give that to your kid. Yall owe me….some $$$.

Andre is an amazing employee! I stopped eating fast food due to bad service. Andre makes eating Wendy’s such a delight. His positive attitude and efficiency is top tier. I could definitely see him having his own franchise or 100 one day. Thank you for going above and beyond Andre!!!

This Wendy’s always disappoints me every time I come here. The food is never hot, and the meat always looks old and dried out. It’s ridiculous that people get poor service. This restaurant needs to be out of business. The workers never provide good customer service. Please do better.

I know cashiers are most stressed at a job but there is no reason you treat your guest like we don’t matter. It is very sad that I have to pull up to the window and ask the cashier if they’re okay because they sound like I’m aggravating the hell out of them at the window. Orders made wrong, asked for sauce and got different sauce so when I asked another woman says “ 85 cent “ when you gave me the wrong sauce maam.. I hope you guys get it together cause clearly tonight was not your night.
