I cannot express how disappointed I was. I have been to this mellow mushroom before and typically they are very good. Maybe it was just an off night for most all the employees. I was charged for food I did not receive. Also, the bar was out of several drinks. When I asked the waitress why the bar was out of so many drinks, she said it was a busy weekend. However, it was Tuesday night, so I feel like they should have been able to restock By Tuesday night. Also, the wings are usually pretty good, but they were the worst wings I’ve ever had tonight. When the manager approached the table and I told her about it, she just commented and said how I was lucky I did not order the boneless. Not real sure that is appropriate response to their bone in wings being so terrible. They were cold and tough. I’d probably will not return as a result of this last trip.

My FAVORITE pizza!! In the top 5 hands down some of the best pizza. The crust is soft like a mix between the inside of a croissant and a biscuit, all the sauces are flavorful and delicious, the toppings are cooked to perfection and oh so good! I’ve had so many different pizzas from here and have yet to be disappointed. I am plant based/vegetarian now so I don’t eat this as much but it’s good and everyone should try it.

Don’t get me wrong, I looooove me some Mellow Mushroom but that is why I am so severely disappointed with my experience at this location. It felt so out of the norm I couldn’t believe this was truly a Mellow Mushroom.
First, it took us a good bit longer to get seated than you would expect at any restaurant, especially one that was not very busy and decently staffed. Then we were sat right next to the restrooms so we could enjoy our meal to the never ending chorus of toilet flushes and squeaking doors. It took another 10minutes for our server to even come to our table. We ordered a pretzel bite app with 2 sauces and when it arrived it was missing one of the sauces. We told our server it was no big deal, as long as it wasn’t on the bill (we were stopping by on the way to Savannah so we didn’t have time to prolong our dining experience). Then our pizza arrived missing a topping and a spatula but I also realized we were never given any silverware and when I brought this to the attention of the young lady who brought out our pizza she returned with packets of plastic togo cutlery… there was no way I was going to be able to cut up the pizza for our 2 toddlers with plastic knives and a fork. But I figured I would make due because surely they must be out of clean silverware? When our actual server came by we told her about the missing topping and again just asked to keep it off the bill but also if we could get a spatula to serve the pizza and a metal knife and fork. She returned with the spatula and I saw her grab us several sets of silverware rolled in a napkin so the other server had intentionally just provided us with the togo plastic cutlery. I am not one to leave negative reviews, you can check my profile to confirm it, but this location was just such a sour experience and a tarnish to the Mellow Mushroom brand. I highly recommend you skip a stop here if you’re looking for a nice hassle free family dinner.

Excellent service followed by excellent food. The four of us all enjoyed our orders. Everything was exactly as described. I had the Greek salad. All of the ingredients were fresh, and this was a huge salad. Everyone commented on the size of this dish. My wife had the California Club sandwich, which she thoroughly enjoyed. Our friends had a Alvacado Hoagie and a half order of a meatballs sub. Both said they enjoyed their selection.
All in all a most pleasant stop. Good food and the perfect opportunity for wonderful fellowship.

Enjoyed my pizza very much. Nice atmosphere, nice service. The only minor issue is that because the pizza is made fresh, it takes a few minutes to get your food if you didn’t order ahead. I was actually expecting the pizza by the slice to be under heat lamps. I walked in unplanned, and I got my slices to go. It was well worth my time!

Virtually no one in the restaurant. 3 waitresses talking at the hostess stand who let us stand there till their conversation was done before seating us. Then we sat and we sat till a waitress came over to get a drink order. We sat and sat waiting for our beers to come. Reason was she had to wait for the bartender. Now mind you there where approximately 8 tables in the whole restaurant and only 1 close to where we were seated. We ordered calazones. The meatballs in them were horrible. Definitely cheap frozen ones. Lots of cheese though. No waitress came by to ask if we needed anything else. Now we had 2 other tables seated by us. Restaurant still not busy and waitresses standing at hostess stand talking. Husband got up to get another beer and was told they’d bring it. Yes it did arrive 4 minutes later. Again looking at hostess stand no customers waiting, waitresses still talking and restaurant not at all busy. We would not recommend as the service is very poor and food mediocre.

Very awesome experience. We have been to a few mellow mushrooms in other locations. This one was very nice. The atmosphere was lively and clean. The server was friendly and helped us with our drinks. He even let us sample a drink before picking one. The pizzas were so good and the calzone was cooked great. We ordered two small specialty pizzas and a calzone. We really enjoyed this visit and will come back again!!!

We visited again recently and once again had amazing pizza. We had the Merry prankster and added feta cheese. It’s amazing.

This is the order of pretzels I was given which cost over $10. They were supposed to be vegan but had butter and cheese on them and in 15 yrs going to this location – or any location – I have never been presented with this.
I also ordered a large vegan pizza which was not vegan, so that was a huge waste of food.
I ordered a small thin crust regular pizza for a family member – she said it was gross but mostly inedible because it’s a thin crust but had so much cheese and toppings that the crust just broke away and she wasn’t even able to put a slice in the toaster oven to reheat.
I was offered a refund and I appreciate that, I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously because I got 3 items totaling over $70 while not being able to eat any of it.

Very friendly server, I think her name was Holly. She’s sweet and took care of us well. Their pizza was fresh and hot, taste good. I ordered like a meat barbeque sub. It was okay but it’s too greasy, probably came out from the fat. Had tea, which their tea is one of the best tea I had.
Very reasonable price. It’s not too expensive.
