This chipotle is AWFUL. I placed a pickup order and when I got home all that was in my bowl was rice and lettuce when I had ordered SO MANY other things. I’m writing this review out of hangryness. This will make me boycott Chipotle for at least two weeks. Do better.

I have had so many bad experiences here It is starting to make me never want to return.
I watched my burrito slide open on the dirty counter and then the large woman at the counter refused to accept my rewards. She made me scan them three times while everyone behind me got angry with me. Then said It’s not working…
How is that my problem when I am a loyal customer. Not only that but they continue to not listen to the customers even though they clearly understand what you’re saying. It’s like they just don’t care enough to even bother. If you want a little bit of hot sauce they’re going to dump the entire spoon on it.
Due to sanitary concerns and just overall horrible customer service, I just will never order here again.

They forgot to put cheese in my quesadilla? Like are you kidding me? If you forgot the steak and the peppers sure things happen it gets busy, but the CHEESE? And then the support chat on the app was like yikes sorry we don’t care tho. I used my points for this too so like what a waste of time and money. Violently disappointed and aghast.

I understand this is a fast-paced environment, but there is a complete lack of care at this location. The staff was incredibly inattentive and treated the food—and the customers—with zero respect. The workstation was covered in spills, and they were slapping ingredients into bowls so sloppily that it was genuinely unappetizing. It felt like they were serving animals rather than people. I ended up leaving the line without ordering. Absolutely gross.

Busy Friday night and I was given unprofessional service. I asked the for a veggie bowl and at the end of the line there was no guac and then I asked for chicken saying I would pay for it, then the manager told the line server to not give me chicken. So I paid for a veggie bowl without guac. Never coming back to this location.

I visited Chipotle for lunch and ordered a burrito. The food was fresh, well-seasoned, and delicious. What truly stood out to me, however, was the exceptional customer service I received from Francile. She was extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. When I asked her to recommend a drink, she suggested the Blackberry Izze, which was excellent. This location is very fortunate to have her on their team.

The workers blew up the grill Yesterday an closed the store all day. Today the store is open with no chicken or steak just the make believe meat that they boil in the back this location is just not it anymore! An the other reviews are showing that its been like this for a while!

I chose a bowl with white rice, brown beans, salad, white sour cream, and chicken. It was just okay; I think part of the reason it didn’t taste great was that I was there at 9 PM, and none of the ingredients, especially the chicken and guacamole, felt fresh. While this isn’t a huge issue, the quality shouldn’t depend on the time of day. The service was probably okay, but the atmosphere was disappointing with dirty tables and a dark, dingy ambiance.

The staff are always incredibly unpleasant. Today they made my burrito, checked the guy in front of my out, and then just walked away while my food sat getting cold. Several staff passed by but none stopped to ring me up. Instead the general manager had a conversation in front of the cash register and completely ignored me.

I come here every so often if I crave tex-mex. Prices and food are good. Service could be better as the burrito is never wrapped very well (uneven spread of ingredients which differs with each bite. The food server and the cashier are often different and they usually do not communicate between each other forcing you to repeat your order which is annoying. Bonus points as their payment software does not ask for tip.
