I understand that this place moves at a fast pace…but let’s try multitasking where you provide good customer service while moving fast. I felt extremely rushed to the point of not feeling comfortable. The customer service was horrible… not only was this place not welcoming… but the lack of care that they use to slam your food into containers, tacos or burritos was absolutely ridiculous…. Yes you want to get the customers in and out… but how about treating the customers better so that they would want to return… I’m definitely NOT coming back.

I felt disrespected when I asked for a refund for a steak burrito that had guacamole on the outside of it, not folded properly, and it taste cold and not fresh. A short heavyset African American lady denied me a refund and claimed that I ate half of the burrito, which is false. Later, she gave me a business card with the name of Amanda Santiago and claimed she is the General Manager. Also, I have been to this location many times before and never experienced such a bad experience. This place needs to be under different management.

Sept. 9, 2025 Placed an online order today. My order wasn’t ready when I arrived and had to wait an additional 10 mins. My order was wrong because they left off my pinto beans on all my sofritas tacos. The chicken taco was cold. I paid additional for the adobo sauce which was a Very Bare serving was in the container and not enough for one taco. It just wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. And the taste wasn’t great either. Dio’t know what’s happening with thos location but the food and service has tremendously declined. I have already contacted customer support online.

Not going back. This place is the filthiest restraunt I’ve ever been in. It looks like they have not cleaned the tables or the floors in weeks. Even the soda machine is grimy. The upholstery is falling of the seats. The employees are so apathetic I’m worried that they’ve lost the will to live. I kept wondering if the people that own this place have ever been in it.

Title: Found GLASS in My Food — Absolutely Unacceptable
I’ve eaten at Chipotle for years, but this experience was beyond disgusting — it was dangerous. While eating my meal, I literally bit into a piece of glass. Yes, actual glass. Sharp, hard, and completely unacceptable in any food, let alone from a major chain.
This isn’t a case of a wrong order or a cold burrito — this is a serious health and safety hazard. I could’ve been seriously injured. If I had swallowed it, we’d be talking about an ER visit or worse.
To make matters worse, the staff barely reacted when I brought it to their attention. No urgency, no apology, just a vague, “We’ll look into it.” Really? That’s the response when someone nearly ends up in the hospital?
I’ve lost all trust in Chipotle’s food safety practices. There’s absolutely no excuse for this kind of negligence. If you value your health, I’d strongly reconsider eating here.

Came in for a DoorDash order for “tiara” and I guess to this lady i mispronounced it but i definitely didn’t lol she proceeded to make a snarky comment and corrected me. Very poor attitude and customer service. People like that don’t deserve to work in the food industry everyone had a name tag but her so I assume she’s the manager ! Big African American lady , if you read this , grow up girl I know you tried to correct me because I was white but YOU definitely mispronounced it now next time just politely correct someone without a ugly snarky comment boo

The employees don’t listen. They fix the food sloppily. Nobody seemed to want to be there, including the manager. It took 30 minutes to get to the front of the line to order. Don’t go here on your lunch break or you’ll be late getting back.

I’d like to share feedback regarding my recent visit. The tall light-skinned female employee working the to-go orders did not speak or acknowledge customers, which came across as rude. If an employee is not comfortable interacting with customers, it may be better for them to work away from the front. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience.

I got three bowls and one kid meal. By the time I got home and set the bag on the stove, it was a mess. It looks like the rice was cooked in oil. The bowls were breaking apart from all the oil that was soaking through. It looks like oil was poured into the bowl or something. Just bad. We have gotten meals here a lot. This is the first time this ever happened and this is just ridiculous of how oily the rice was. No way to eat it. Do better people.

Our family of 5 arrived here at around 12:30. We didn’t sit down to eat until after 1. Service was very slow. Employees were unfriendly and unapologetic. Seems like management needs to staff better. Employees were working hard, but they had to stop serving to refill food trays at least 4 times while we were in line. Three people left while waiting in line because it was so slow.
