I have drove by here multiple times and never stopped boy was I missing something. From the greeting walking in the door to the food. Lady at the front counter super nice and made this whole experience a great one. The food came out quick and was fresh. Chicken was delicious will definitely be back.

I was excited to try Joella’s. I must admit, I arrived at 8:20pm and they close at 9pm. They were starting to break things down and clean up.
The staff was friendly however the food quality was inconsistent.
I ordered the nugget special with fried pickles and a four-piece tender meal with fries. The pickles were piping hot fresh and delicious. My nuggets however, were way over cooked and my son’s fries that came with the tenders were cold and old.
I live in the city so the location is too far to return. I should have checked my order before I left, so I blame myself.
For a nearly $30 bill, my experience fell flat. Based on my experience, I am unable to recommend with confidence.

I ordered chicken tenders via Doordash today. There was a buy one get one free special, so I had four tenders and got a side of fries. The chicken was so juicy and tender! The breading was minimal, which I like, because many places have tiny chicken and multiple layers of breading. Good ratio. I got the ghost heat, but it wasn’t spooky enough for me so next time I’ll have to go one heat level up! The fry size was humongous for the small price. What a meal! Will definitely try again.

Had the full wings and never have I see wings fried with the feather quills still attached. They weren’t small quills. About an inch or longer. One of them had a little feather at the end. Aside from that they were dry and meatless. I threw them away and basically wasted my money. Sent email but never heard back.

Have been to a few other Joellas. We went a little before the lunch rush. The restaurant layout is odd. It seems like it was some other restaurant before and they shoehorned the restaurant into the space. They had a lunch special which was nice. The food came out and was good as expected. However, the chicken tenders were a little disappointing. The breading
seemed a bit soggy and the flavor seemed a bit bland and lacked the heat level of “Hot”. The fries and pickles were good. Service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean. Good visit but not off the charts good. I liked the one in Hamburg/Lexington more.

I love Joella’s!! Such a great price for great chicken. The service though…best I have had in the area. Didn’t catch the main girls name but she always greets you quickly and is welcoming!

First time here, but we will definitely be back. Great selection of chicken and sauces! Mac and cheese is awesome. It definitely tastes like classic Mac and cheese! I got the sliders, and the hubby got the traditional chicken sandwich with the Mac! Well worth the trip. Awesome customer service as well! Super clean dining room. Great sweet tea, as well as lemonade!

Did a uber from there tonight. Ask can I try you’re waiver worthy hot sauce. They said yes. Was highly impressed with their service and how hot it really was. Dave’s hot chicken isn’t no where near as hot as theirs. Thanks you guys for being Rick stars and giving amazing service. Will be back to eat more this week.

Outrageously good! I had the cod platter with spice level “Ella’s fave” and it came with parmesan fries and macaroni. I also ordered a waffle and I’m so glad I did.
The spice is so tasty and more flavorful then hot. The fries are really good and I love the waffles.

Chicken is straight to the point, thick tenders, pick your spice level, dipping sauce and side. Service is always friendly and food is cooked to order, no premade sitting under heatlamp for hours.
