LoL, the algorithm told me “you visited this place today”. Well, no I didn’t. But we did go yesterday, and I did revisit my California Classic Cheeseburger this afternoon for lunch!
The food is fine. It’s what my husband was hungry for. The coating does not stick to the zucchini discs, and their ranch dressing is terrible, but that was okay because we have excellent ranch dressing at home.
The guy at the mic/window seemed a little high, but it was a nice change of pace to have someone talkative and friendly waiting on us at a drive-thru. I even appreciated Carl’s Jr for giving that guy a chance.

I pulled up for lunch and saw the deal on window for a taco salad and drink. (4.99 ) at the time of this post I was hesitant to order such a meal from a Carl’s Jr. I don’t think I had ever ordered from the Green Burrito fused restaurant. But I can say I was not disappointed . It came in a nice box with sour cream and guacamole. i loved eating the crispy shell with the sald I think the packs of Cholula on the side were also a nice finish. great lunch ! Awesome deal . Clean store but a short drive up lane. We had to pull up front to wait for a new batch of fries. Took about 5 minutes. But my drink was OFF so I went in to exchange it anyway and grabbed my food. Food was great love the Diablo burger, double. Great service, a bit understaffed imo.

What a horrible experience and really bad service. I placed an order through the app. I went to get my order and I was met with a lady her tag name shows Ana ( Team Leader). I waited like 2 minutes at the drive through until someone came to the window. I gave Ana my name she replied you do not have an order here. I verified the address of the store and showed her my order number on my phone. She stated” you already picked up your order” I asked that I did not come here and I did not get me food. She said there is nothing I can do the order has been picked up. I asked her if she verified the name or order number when it was picked up. She replied we do not have to do so. I asked for the receipt of the order when it was picked up she said we do not keep receipts. I asked if she can remake the order she refused. She said called corporate and cancel your order and reorder a new one and she slammed the window in my face. I have not ever dealt with such unprofessional individual. How could someone with such attitude be in management. I will never go to Carl’s Junior again. There are a lot of the other places with great service.

I had to go back to complain about my burger patty not being cooked right and the proceed to tell me that when I order I have to order my meat well done I explained that I never have to ask for my meat well done. Why can’t you just make the patty well done. Patty was to sauggy and bread was getting wet with the oil. Its typical for me to wait 2-3 min for my burger but when they hand it to me faster then McDonald’s something is wrong and sure enough it was. I explained to the cashier this is unacceptable and he said it’s because I didnt order well done. Never have a ever had to do that at a carls Jr. Maybe the morning ppl need to be trained again. Funny thing is he asked why I ordered lunch at 11 am

Mess up orders. Got one burger instead of the 2 i ordered, onion rings instead of no onions, half raw buns. somehow the edges of the buns being still doughy and white got past the cook! ridiculous incompetence!

I really wanted the food to be great. I ordered the Chicken & Swiss sandwich and it was nothing to rave about. The chicken was swallowed by the enormous bun. Like the bum was at least 1/3 larger than the chicken, and it was just basically soggy. Meal was overpriced but tasted cheap and disappointing.
