Disgusting, very poorly ran. Employees make your food any way. Wasted my lunch break. Meal is too expensive to serve it in just a careless manner. Chicken was fried in gross old grease, half soggy, my bread is thin as if my burger was ready yesterday. NO CHEESE WHAT SO EVER which they failed to mention they were out as I ordered. 0/10 recommended. Employee should be held accountable for poor service.

Drive thru worker was great but food was lousy and person at window gave me my food and didn’t say a word. Basically just threw my food at me and shut the window. Whatever but I threw the food away it was so lousy.

My biggest issue is the restroom. The water is ice cold and barely a trickle. Should be a health code violation since employees are supposed to wash their hands before returning to work. Its nearly impossible to do. This should be checked out.

Employees were goofing off and taking forever to get our food out. The girl at the first register didn’t even acknowledge us and just took our card without saying anything. People at the second window were on their phones…. we waited at the window for 10 plus minutes without them saying anything about it taking longer… will not come back here again very rude and unprofessional.

Trying to order my food but who ever was working the intercoms get laughing and getting distracted by other workers. By the time i ordered my food, i ordered ranch with my food, was told it was a 50 cent charge. There was 4 people on shift standing around instead of working. I have been to this Wendy’s several times in the months of July and August.
It is consistently horrible.
I’m usually there evening/ night, between 8pm-midnight.
They throw those sandwiches together.
Every order is missing something or off.
Drinks taste funny.
And my last oreo brownie frosty was trash.
They were missing the proper tops for the frosty and instead of informing me of such and putting this in a bigger cup so you can fit the cookie crumbles and spoon, they bypassed all of that, and shoved it into the regular cup with a regular lid, missing all of the extras, and looking at me, like this is the norm.
Every single time I go there, I say I’m going to call corporate and leave a review. And I let life get in the way.
But today… especially after experiencing a Wendy’s in the city with excellent quality consistently, I decided to leave this review.
It is usually late and I’m headed home with few options for food when I stop here.
I try to bypass this Wendy’s because I know it’s gonna be trash.
Sometimes I can’t.
And everytime, it’s edible, stops me from starving, and irritates my soul.
It is consistently bad at night.
