This store is absolutely awful with customer service and serving people. We waited 10 minutes in a line of 8 people while one guys cooked the whole time and a few were doing online orders. There was also 5 people waiting in line for online orders. No words said to anyone. They need to turn off the online to actually serve people promptly in person. Every time I’m here I’m waiting way too long. We came from Davenport where they are very efficient and timely and actually friendly. Management or employees need to get better or better trained. The food is fine if they haven’t ran out of anything.

I have been a long time Chipotle fan. The staff didn’t even seem to try, my online orders were often incorrect.
I have to say the last 2-3 months I have been very pleased with all aspects of this restaurant.
I stopped the Manger tonight a told her of my pleasure and happiness for her team. Every staff member I interacted with these last 4-5 visits have been so professional and friendly. They all seem to stay busy, stocking the line. And busy in the back! I am happy for chipotle and I hope this location is very profitable.
Keep your people happy, and customers notice. Great leadership on down!

White rice over cooked, sticky, no honey chicken , under staffed, counter super sloppy, no mid-sauce , no sour cream , one person working the counter , a can go on and on, I am here visiting from Chicago the worst experience I have ever had in oh the chain!

The service is so bad here. I’ve been multiple times and keep saying that it was a fluke but every time it’s like pulling teeth trying to get people to help you. Regardless of what time you go they are always out of food, fajita veggies, a type of meat, etc.
My last visit, ordered a to-go order for pickup. Drove there, grabbed it off the shelf, took it home and the food didn’t have fajita veggies. I went back to the store and they said that they had ran out. They didn’t see any issue with continuing to make the meal without a specific ingredient requested. Also did not have any issues with not notifying the customer before they left after picking it up.
I would not recommend this location.

Unfortunately this is the worst chipotle I’ve been to. I’ve given it many chances and the last 2 times the chicken has tasted 2 days old, very mushy, and tendonous. I had to spit it out. Somehow the food is cold even though they scoop it out of heated bowls. Service is hit or miss, some staff seem like they are in another world or they were never trained. Today the sugar packets and straw bowls were covered in water and ice as if nobody cleans up. Also the door handles constantly fall off or the doors are so hard to open it’s like pushing a 50lb lead gate.

⚠️ Avoid this location ⚠️ Usually Chipotle is good, but not this one. The food always tastes old, or mushy. At this location I’ve also received burnt food. The last straw for me was receiving this bowl and finding a GIANT piece of plastic in it.

The rice was under cooked and crunchy and the staff on the line seemed high they moved slowly and responded/reacted slowly I asked if they had something they nodded after a couple seconds and said yeah I got to the pos and was told they didn’t have it by someone who seemed more present

I got a chipotle literally all the time and I have never in my entire experience I’ve ever coming here been so cheap out on. I should not pay $10 for a bowl to get 12 piece of steak. This is one of the most stupid things I’ve ever seen in my life and I’m not happy do better chipotle.

I am not coming to this location ever again. I ordered through the app. Picked up my order opened up my bowl and was wondering where my food was at. Went back into the store to ask for the bowl to be remade. Was told that is our portion size. I have been going to chipotle for over 10 years and have never seen a bowl like this before. This is ridiculous and will be reported to corporate. I spent over $12 for this?
