I went to culvers and ordered a gluten free triple butterburger deluxe.
When they brought it out I asked the employee to wait as I checked it and told him it wasn’t gluten-free, I have to have it gluten-free.
He told me he’d be right back and went inside (I was quite busy and had an appointment I needed to get too but waited since I figured they were going to make me a new burger with a gluten-free bun since I am allergic and thats what i ordered) but thats not what they did.
They were inside for about as long as it would take to make another burger but then proceeded to come back out with nothing more than a gluten-free bun and said “have a good day” disregarding the fact that I can’t even eat the burger now because of how cross contaminated it is. Since they didn’t seem like they cared that they messed the order up and since they didn’t seem to care that it was cross contaminated I just left with nothing more than a Gluten-free bun I could eat.

First time that I’ve been to fast food drive thru where they didn’t forget anything! We got all of our sauces, no ice in the drinks as requested, and even napkins! It was a pleasant surprise compared to most other places. Our food was fresh, hot and delicious and the person taking our order was actually friendly. Thank you!

I went here on accident, I had done a mobile order but arrived at the wrong location. When me and the cashier and manager figured that out, I believe it was the manager but whoever it was corrected the error I made and had the order canceled at the wrong restaurant and they immediately made my order. This woman was so professional and kind. We talked for a moment while I was waiting for my food. She is great for your customer service and handles everything effortlessly.
All of our food orders were correct and delicious.
That awesome lady really took the spotlight for our visit and I am glad to have stopped here. Thank you for having us!

How many times can you reach out to customer service and nobody contact you back ? On social media, they will say somebody will contact you back but I have sent so many emails. I have lost count. Every time you call nobody’s ever in then the one time they finally call you back and you’re at work and leave a message and you and return their phone call two hours later they’re out for the day! This is appalling on their customer service and lack of concern of their customers. Please be aware that this company does not care ! Please be aware that this company only cares about taking your money and stealing yours. Kriste, the manager is non-responsive to email ! I have left multiple messages with staff for the owner to call me back. If you’re the owner, it would be nice. If you actually return somebody’s phone call. I am now disputing their charges with my credit card company over fraud.

I have not been to Culver’s in a while. I was looking forward to one of their burgers. Unfortunately, they were possibly the worst burger I have ever had. The service was great. Almost every table was dirty in the front dining area. Very disappointing.

First the staff was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was dirty, I know it was busy but no one was clearing out cleaning tables. Also, this was the worst burger I’ve ever had at Culver’s. Patties were smashed paper thin and over cooked. Didn’t have time to complain to the manager as we were short on time.

I went in and they’re decently busy, I get up to the counter and ask for a scoop of vanilla custard with raspberries on top, it takes them 10 min to get that out and as the worker is walking to me they say “why is it so watery” then proceeds to hand me custard with one raspberry on it and a bunch of liquid. They knew it was wrong but continued to hand it to me.

It’s Culver’s, I think most people have a good idea of what they are getting here. This location has been consistently high quality throughout the years. Very clean and friendly well-trained staff. Bathrooms were in very impressive condition for a highway location.
