Visited Nando’s in Broadmead and had a great experience. Mufasa was very polite and helpful, clearly explaining the ordering process, which made everything easy. I tried the Veggie Imitator Wrap in extra hot, and it was absolutely delicious with the perfect level of spice. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy good food and spend quality time with friends or family.

This is a nice restaurant. The food was delicious, and the staff were lovely. The outdoor seating was really nice. We were seated straight away, and we didn’t have to wait long for our food.

Sometimes people are just very good at their job.. manager called Steve helped us with something my daughter wanted which said it wasn’t available, he went to the kitchen and made it happen. Watching him whilst we ate.. he was doing everything without sweat, this place runs like clockwork with him as caption of the ship..

It was pretty busy and to be fair the service was good considering. Only had to wait about 5mins to get a table and after ordering the food came out within 10mins. The food was exactly how I wanted it and cooked perfectly. Great experience.

Till staff member was hateful – rude to our group as if he didn’t want to be serving us & kept cutting me off when I was trying to be polite. However, the girl clearing the tables was so lovely. Food was just fine, nothing special. Unfortunately, wouldn’t go back because of the till staff.
