I’ve been going to this location for a very long time . I’ve seen different waitresses, cooks, management. But since the end of 2024 I guess they hired a cook named Michael. He’s very unprofessional and he has an very stinky attitude towards others . I’ve seen him make the waitress cry and disappoint. I even heard a few of them wanted to quit because of him. Unfortunately it doesn’t stop there, I was in the restroom when I heard him talking to an employee that doesn’t work there anymore to help him get layed.. the other waitress that was there was disgusted smh. It’s like this location hires anybody … when I came in one time there was a guy name Nate and he was very explosive. Thank god he’s been removed from that location because I swear a pan would of been at my head if I didn’t leave that night . It’s unfortunate I have to keep leaving because of behaviors of people . This isn’t the only restaurant I’ve seen go crazy . I just sit back observe. Not to get off track but there’s a another complaint . Not really sure her name but I’ve heard someone call her cat..? She has a lot of piercings. I’ve been doing this for a long time and I’m disappointed about how many piercings she has on her face . It’s makes me feel uncomfortable because they don’t look clean at all . Wouldn’t u think in any food industry they wouldn’t have u wear piercings? There was a lady with colored hair and I’m pretty sure she’s seen me alot only because I’m a regular… her name is jordann. I’ve seen her jump to Job to Job. She wouldn’t be someone I would hire at all only because she’s not loyal to where she applys. She’s a big gossiper and it’s very sad . She spreads misinformation to her employees and I can imagine how hostile that place could be behind closed doors . There was another lady and she was absolutely good with food service . Her name was either serenity or serene I’m not sure what she went by but she was okay wasn’t her best potential but if she left willingly that would be a blessing for her because god I seen her cry and leave to go take a breathe because of the people there . At this point that store just needs more better employees and management. Not sure if he’s still a manager because I haven’t went in a few months his name is Nick. I heard from someone that used to work day shift and a guy on the night shift that he didn’t fix issues like for an example I’m pretty sure they still have roaches ‍♀️. Do you know how many times they’ve been shut down since he’s been there . This store is very outrageous and it’s somewhere I don’t want to eat at no more . I used to only go in for dawn when I heard from a friend she was great at her job ,though she beautiful at it . Anyways I’m good at what I do not trying to sound cocky but I travel around NC to see what I need to leave a note on and to see if I’m being heard.

Im in my 30s and NEVER had Waffle House food until I traveled from Florida to NC to go see my family in Hendersonville . We thought Waffle House sounded great to have on Christmas Day. Well I was very upset . I understand they were very busy but our waitress had told us it was going to be a 10-20 min wait so I asked for some coffee for the time being and she never gave me coffee but charged me for it . I’m not tripping over the price but how can I pay for something I didn’t get? Not even that my first experience of the food was so and disappointing. I got the All American and my waffle was so light I sent it back TWICE! My hashbrowns was burnt and I simply told the waitress that I didn’t want butter on my toast and there was a whole lot of butter . My family had things wrong with their food also. I wasn’t going to make the complaint only because I live in a different state but my first experience was horrible and I will not be returning .

I don’t leave too many reviews but I had to this time because this place has always been great until tonight. Waiter was rude from the beginning and we were missing most of our order . Food was terrible . 3 people supposed to be working but was too busy playing around and making the one waitress scream. Wouldn’t recommend at all and definitely won’t be back!

This was by far the worst waffle house I’ve ever been to. It was Christmas Day and we knew they were busy so we expected the service to be slow but not as bad as it was. They only had 2 servers handling the guests and the to go orders in a packed dining room.
I didn’t get my servers name but it was very visible that she was struggling. It didn’t help that it was shift change but we were given silverware and told she be right back but it was almost 20 minutes before she actually got to us to get our drink and food order. I worked at waffle house and know their ways of operating but the thing that upset me the most was her manager taking her to the back to reprimand her for being behind. This was a poor choice from the manager who should’ve came out and helped for more then the 5 minutes that he helped the cooks which there was 3 of them. By pulling her in the back at that busy point of the day he just put her further behind. He should’ve helped her get caught up and talked to her after business slowed down.The poor server had at least 3 tickets in her hand that she was waiting for cooks to catch up so she could call them out. I know the lingo so I knew when she called our order and she called it correctly but the cook got it wrong and we didn’t get some things we ordered. Bacon, toast and onions on my husband’s order were taken off the bill as we never received them. The manager working that shift needs to be retrained and reprimanded for leaving his crew struggling as bad as they were instead of being in the back office doing whatever. Customers should come first. I know they have to count drawers and do end of shift paperwork but he should’ve completed it a little faster. We were there for over an hour and only seen him the one time he came out to help cooks and in my eyes that’s unacceptable.
Lead by example and he didn’t do that.

I love eating at the waffle house. It is always fun to go there after church or after a long study night. The food is always great especially the patty melts on texas toast. The white staff are awfully friendly especially Mery. She was such an excellent waitress.!! They have a great cook at this location.
