I pulled off the highway following a sign for Taco Bell. After driving for over a mile I finally found where the Taco Bell was. Famished, I quickly ordered at the kiosk: two beef burritos add tomatoes add potatoes, grilled. After standing for 5 minutes waiting I saw an employee begin an order of beef burritos. He did not add tomatoes, he did not add tomatoes, and he did not put them in the grill. He attempted to serve these to me and I immediately told him that I watched him make them and that he did not add potatoes tomatoes or grill them. Trying to get to work in Sumner I’m on limited time to grab a quick bite to eat for lunch. I do not have time to stand for 10 minutes waiting on an order to be made incorrectly. I especially don’t have time to have a simple order need to be remade. I said I wanted a refund oh, I was given my refund in cash without being asked if I’d have rather it gone back on my card. For the record, I would have preferred it to go back on my card, I hate cash. The floor and hygiene of the place was abysmal! So much so I snapped a few photos of the kitchen before I left and promised to write this review. This place should be shut down by the health department. I’m lucky I didn’t eat here I’m sure I would have gotten terrible diarrhea. If these people are as inept at cleaning as they are at fulfilling a very simple fast food order then I am certain I would have gotten sick.

DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL LOCATION unless you want to waste money and get sick.
Crunchwrap supreme combo is usually my go to. I really like the black bean version. The woman who was running orders and checkout for the drive thru seemed distracted and was really upselling sour cream and jalapeños.
I wasn’t sure if she was distracted. When I got to the window, it seemed frenetic. I’ve worked in a few different kitchens. There’s being short-staffed, and then there’s chaos.
I was super hungry and so I ate the crunchy taco in the parking lot. I took a couple bites of the crunchwrap and it tasted weird so I put it away until I got home.
I think the tomatoes were going bad. Also, I’m not sure where the black beans are hanging out.

3rd time I’ve been to this taco bell. Usually it’s fine, this time they got my order wrong (but it was correct on the recipt), but the worst part is that there was plastic in my taco. Literal pieces of plastic like from a bag. Luckily I opened them up before taking a bite, plastic in food is completely unacceptable

It was good, everything was well cooked, but when I got the chicken and added beans, 98% of it was beans and no chicken. Than on the other side. There wasn’t even anything, no cheese, nothing. It looks rushed and not don’t correctly. I paid $30 for everything, definitely not worth it. Hoping to get my money back

Ive been training to hike the infamous mailbox peak trail, in north bend WA for quite sometime now. Without supplemental oxygen or a sherpa, I hauled water, food, and snacks up to the muir snowfield. All for a peanut butter cookie.
I later returned to my vehicle and started the journey home.
An hour into my ride I began craving taco bell and decided to stop here.
I ordered my usual chicken quesadilla and Beefy 5 layer burrito and devoured them shortly thereafter.

Stopped in for a quick bite. Guy running drive thru was having a hard time understanding what was being told to him through the order box. Had to repeat ourselves several times. The food was good. I just wish when you ask for extra cheese they would put it on. The bottom chips are always bare.

I always like the Doritos locos taco supreme. Also ordered 2 spicy potato soft taco. When my son opened the second one it was missing the lettuce and shredded cheese lol It was busy at the drive thru and I appreciate the workers. They forgot to give hot sauce but luckily we had some at home. Can’t eat them without the sauce

I ordered 2 cheesy Gordita crunches. The hard taco shells were undeniably stale. They had that stale taste. Ruined the whole meal. Had to throw them away. Wasted $13. Disappointing to say the least.
