I’m still not sure how I feel about my experience. I came and sat at the bar. Ordered a beer and some food. After my food came out, I no longer existed. My beer was empty and before I could get another, they just brought me my check and said to take my time.. That was my sign to get out, I guess. The server was very nice, but then the service just ended abruptly. I would have gladly had another beer or two. Food was good aside from two of my wings somehow making it passed quality control.

DELIVERY SUCKS! Ordered very simple meal for one. Didn’t get ranch for my wings, my drink at all, nor any napkins or cutler as requested. This on top of my dasher having to wait an extended amount of time for the order. I messaged dasher items were missing she apologized saying BWW said everything was in there and she can’t open the bag to check. What’s the point of this sticker that’s obviously blank where it says “This was order was checked by __________” being on my bag, obviously not used, and that’s exactly why my order was wrong! Terrible.

The waitress with the glasses (she never said her name) was rude apparently for me and my friends laughing. Idk, but she did not have the best spirit and i wanted to ask for a new server but im too nice to make anyone feel bad. I understand its a holiday but i wish she had a better spirit .

absolutely the worst bdubs I have ever been to. today’s date is January 20th. My wife stepdaughter and I decided to go eat here for lunch. Let’s just say we sat for 20 minutes waiting on 2 strawberry lemonades. On top of that we had waited over an hour after that waiting on food that never came out. We ended up walking out because a table that showed up 20 minutes after us had food granted its chips and salsa but that’s besides the point of us sitting there for almost an hour and a half and they never one time told us our food was on the way out. When we told them don’t worry that we were leaving they tried to say they only had one cook and the manager was trying to do everything. Yet we sit and hear the said manager telling the ghost staff they are doing so good on the kitchen. We will never be going back and I recommend eveyone avoid this location at all costs.

Went to eat last night and paid almost $100 for a family of four. Waited over an hour for food that was burnt and cold. One of the waitresses also spilled soda all over my husband’s shoes. Music was also not kid friendly in a space filled with children. Won’t be going back to this location.

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have been to! If I could give it zero stars I would. We waited about 45 minutes for our food and it still came out cold, hard, and crusty. The chicken tenders were burnt, and dry. Fries were super hard and cold. My sons Dawg was also cold and bun was super burnt. The lettuce mix that they put on it was dead. Mac and Cheese kids meal came out super dry and cold. Ridiculous! Manager came out and I told him ,he just grabbed it said sorry and walked away. Don’t recommend this place. Worst experience in any restaurant. We had a party of 11. A person in our party didn’t even receive their food. Smh

My burger was good. My friends boneless wings were lukewarm. He asked for fries they didn’t come with order. He asked again bartender took order and said would be 2 minutes. 15 minutes later she gave us the bill but still no fries. Not our best experience at BWW.

Not sure how to review this location. I love the food at this chain restaurant.
However, at this location our waitress / bartender seemed upset she would have to actually work. We sat in the bar at a hightop table. We ordered our drinks which we received in a reasonable amount of time.
While ordering my meal I was told that fries were not included. I said I want to add a side order of fries, which we never received but were charged for.
When she dropped off the bill I asked for the fries to be removed, and got a snotty remark back..then said sorry and dropped check and walked away.
The floor in the bar was EXTREMELY slippery and the staff knew of the problem but instead of doing anything about it they just put up a sign.
Normally I would not even bother to make comments regarding trivial matters but I eat at Buffalo Wild Wings often and have never had such bad service. This waitress was so rude and obnoxious that I thought it should be discussed.

I used to frequent Buffalo Wild Wings back home years ago. The portions were perfect. Now it’s embarrassing. How do you justify this (see pic) costing $12.49??
These strips used to be 4 times this size.
The food tastes just like I remember. Still good.
Now the worst part… service.
I read most of these reviews and was skeptical about this establishments rating. Most of the recent negative reviews are all service related and not food quality.
We were seated and placed our drink order. Everything was going well, until we ordered our food.
There were only 2 of us and we both got the same thing. Our waitress struggled to comprehend 5 naked tenders with sauce on the side. My girlfriend ordered a side salad with ranch too.
I don’t eat fries so I asked to sub for celery and carrots.
The salad came out dry without ranch and then I realized we didn’t have silverware.
Luckily she fixed that pretty fast. The naked tenders came out and they brought me frickin frys! No celery and carrots.
Then I noticed how pathetic the naked tenders were. I could never charge over $12 for this amount of food. I did take one bite before I took this picture, but it doesn’t matter.
This is my last visit to a Buffalo Wild Wings. It was a good run and I have lots of good memories with friends and coworkers drinking and eating.
