I had a 10 minute wait before my order was taken, I tipped 2 dollars expecting good service and get a burger that looks like someone was mad and threw it in the box. I know I ordered a smash burger but I definitely didn’t expect hulk to be in the kitchen hulk smashing my order. Even my onion rings I ordered weren’t onion rings they were onion wedges. Most definitely won’t be coming back and this is my 1st bad experience at sonic.

Every time I come here it takes at least 30 minutes to get my order, even if I order on the app. Without a fail, every time on my lunch break. I waste basically my whole lunch here, hoping each time they can manage their time better. I won’t be coming back. I’ve tried to be patient multiple times. But when it took 40 minutes for my order I just can’t give a good review for that. I will say the food is good, but not worth the wait.

Horrible experience. I don’t know who the franchise owner is, but this location is being run terribly. I’ve been here multiple times and either never receive my food or end up waiting over 30 minutes.
Today (3/1), I stopped in for just two drinks and two milkshakes. After sitting there for 20 minutes, I pressed the red button and no one answered. I finally went to the door, and a teenager just shrugged and said, “It is what it is.” Completely unacceptable customer service.
This place clearly needs better management and accountability.

I only rated service 3 stars was because I waited 30 minutes for my mobile order. But the lady was super nice and apparently the only one serving so she was going as fast as she could. She needs a bonus for sure for doing it all.

Ordered a chili dog with onions. Received just a chili dog, no onions. Was charged for onions. Ordered onion rings which had an odd taste and smell to them, definitely tossed those directly into the trash. How hard is is folks? It was not like they were busy we were the only customers. Maybe there was a reason for that!

Waited an extremely long time just to order in the drive thru. I ordered 2 chili cheese frito burritos, The full size ones and received 2 very small burritos. I’m guessing they were the juniors. After waiting so long just to get the food, I took what I got and left, but I will not be returning.

This is the 3rd time this particular Sonic has beyond disappointed me and my family. The first experience, we were told not to order milkshakes ahead because it was inconvenient for them to have to remake it because it melted while I was stuck in traffic, even though I never asked them to remake it. I had not even checked into a stall yet. The second time, the lady told us we couldn’t park in a stall and needed to use the drive thru because it was barely raining. The third visit, which was today, we had to wait over 30 minutes for our food and we ended up missing parts of our order so we came back and they proceeded to take another 15 minutes to get the rest of our order. I hate having to complain because I genuinely do enjoy the food here, but the service is horrible pretty much every time.

Truly the worst fast food experience that I’ve ever had. We had to let the car hop employee know that the order was wrong. She proceeded to get an attitude and tell us they were out of the item we ordered. Then stated we never ordered said item because if we had they would have informed us it was out. At this point we opted to just get a refund because the rest of our order was cold and we were confused at what we did to warrant the disrespect we were receiving. They never gave us our original receipt and said they couldn’t print us a refund receipt. I asked them if I could just take a picture of their copy of the refund receipt. I was met with so much anger and frustration that I was taking more of their time when they had other customers to serve. We had patiently waited almost 30 minutes for our order to be taken an another 30 to receive the food. It was completely unacceptable the way we were treated.

I visited this Sonic Drive-In and had a good experience overall. The food was tasty and served fresh, and the drinks and shakes were made well. The restaurant area was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful, making the visit enjoyable. The only downside was that the wait time was longer than expected, which made the experience feel a bit slow. Aside from that, everything else was very good and I would definitely return to this location.
