And then I touched the fat. The first photo shows the brisket in the box with the huge pieces of fat. Even what looks like meat between the fat was full of fat. There was a thin strip of meat across the top.
Cutting off the usable meat, I ended up with edible meat shown on the left and the HUGE pile of fat on the right, more than the meat. The piece in the middle was a huge chunk of fat that was PURPOSELY put in the box by itself with NO meat attached. Remember they charged me for all this fat.
I know you need fat in order to cook a good brisket because it needs it for the flavor. However, you should not serve that huge chunk of fat to customers. And I really hate fat.
Very disappointed!!! I will never be back.
My food rec? I’m a sucker for their nachos. Can easily feed 4 with their bigger option, pretty inexpensively.
Everything that I have eaten here so far has been great!
In general the service is good, but it can be a little slow when they are busy.
I opted to sit at the bar. The bartender was busy talking care of the couple seated just down from me and then peoce to the other end of the bar and began talking with some waitresses. I waited for 20 minutes, with no response at all from the bartender. A few of the waitresses made eye contact with me waiting, and I tough this might prompt the server to tend to me, but nothing. I left after 30 minutes with absolutely no service.
