The BBQ wings and the spicy garlic wings were both good and I liked the fact that they’re lightly breaded, but the BBQ ones were a teensy bit dry in parts. The spicy garlic is like a garlic sauce mixed with a bit of buffalo, but not quite full-on buffalo, if you can imagine that. Service was excellent and fast.
A must visit!!!
All in all I would definitely recommend trying this place out, and I will be going back soon to try some more stuff from the menu
She completely forgot our bacon cheese fries appetizer, which only came out after our meals arrived (though she did remove it from the bill). On top of that, one person in our group had to wait much longer for her food, and when it finally came, it was wrong. Instead of apologizing, the server argued with us about what was ordered, which came across as hostile.
This is now the second time I’ve been to Primanti Bros where the food was enjoyable but the service was extremely disappointing. Every person in our group works in the restaurant industry, so we understand what busy looks like. What’s frustrating is how easy it is to be kind and attentive, yet that effort was missing here. To make things worse, after we shared our concerns, the server began explaining how long she’d been working and that coworkers had called off. While I can sympathize, it was confusing and felt unprofessional to hear as a guest.
My only recommendation is to order it with the bread toasted. Great atmosphere but service is kinda slow. Very good place to bring the fam!
