I ordered a quarter pounder meal. Got home to eat. The fries were soggy but I let it slide (Red flag) then as im eating my sandwich with the worst quality fries I taste raw meat fluids and I see pure red pink burger flesh! I never thought Id experience this!! I threw up on my way back to McDonald’s by St.Charles Mall in Waldorf Maryland and got my money backk! Mind you I would never eat another meal from McDonald’s restaurant again!! I just started eating there again and immediately wont again. This is how people die by food poisoning!! I know someone who passed away due to McDonald’s in waldorf a few years ago and I wont be NEXT!! MIND YOU THE DRIVE THRU WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL AND THERE WAS NO POSSIBLE WAY MY FOOD HAD TO BE RUSHED WHICH IN ANY CASE ISNT ACCEPTABLE REGARDLESS OF DRIVE THRU TIME. I am throwing up in my toilet as I type this the next morning. The whole grill management should be fired. Like I said I know someone who passed in waldorf Maryland due to McDonald’s food poisoning a few years ago. This could have been me or my kids. I suggest we let McDonald’s food industry go. Cancel McDonald’s its a crime against humanity and healthcare.

Went through the drive through was probably for a few minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Finally some e chimes on with please pull to the first window. When I mentioned I hadnt given my order they said of I will be with you a minute. They then proceed to take the next two car orders in the second lane. No one answered me no one asked to take my order. When I finally leave in frustration I pull around and notice only one car ahead of me in the drive through so it wasn’t even like you guys were busy.

Corporate, please investigate this establishment. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY JUST LET IT RING & EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve ordered from here, they forget HUGE parts of my order. SEALED bag so it’s definitely not the doordash drivers. I hope their pay goes back down because they don’t deserve 15/hr. How do you show up to work to do even less than the bare minimum? HOW????? YOU CANT EVEN DROP PIES IN A BAG???

It’s always slow, but not only did they forget to put a toy in my kid’s happy meal, for the 3rd time, but they also gave me 8/10 nuggets in my meal, and forgot all the sauces that were on the ticket. Last week, they put lettuce and bacon on a double cheeseburger when all we asked for extra pickles, of which there were none. Seriously, this is the worst McDonalds in the area.

I would like to share my experience with McDonald’s off of Mall Circle, Thursday September 25 at 11 PM was one of my worst nights ever so I was at the McDonald’s to pick up a order for a customer through DoorDash and the manager. I can tell from the manager’s body language and face expression that he was trans phobic because after I came in and said hey, I have a order to pick up and he said Rudely hold on with a shout and then he walked away and then I waited for five minutes never got a chance to give him the order number and so I decided to ask one of the other cashiers there if he could verify the order cause I noticed that there was a order that was already packed up and I said hey, can you check that order and see if it’s the order? I’m waiting for as soon as I did that the managergot super rude very loud and said I told you it’s not ready and I said you didn’t say anything you just told me to wait and then you walked away and and then he was like well. I don’t have to give you the order and I said well why would you do that like I’m just here to pick up an order can you just give me the order? Got super rude very loud and said I told you it’s not ready and I said you didn’t say anything you just told me to wait and then you walked away and and then he was like well. I couldn’t identify him because he was not wearing a name tag but he’s definitely in his 30s you know and when he’s was ignoring me. He was sitting there playing grab ass with one of the employees that is a female so while I was on the phone, I still was inquiring about the order and he started to ignore me and then followed up. There was some other Dashers that came in that night and he was serving them making sure they get their orders in front of my face and then and ignoring me so while I was waiting And on the phone with DoorDash, they were listening to everything. I noticed that there was Charles County police pulling up at the parking lot and I said to myself I know this is not for me but guess what it was and so I noticed the manager started talking to the police officer and I start noticing that they were coming inside so I decided you know it let me get my ID because I can see this is gonna be a nightmare so I started hidden outside and the police officer stopped me and told me ma’am are you leaving? I said, sir I’m on the phone right now with DoorDash. He said I understand but are you leaving and I was like I’m going to my car so did he again start approaching me while I was trying to go to my car And then another police officer came to the same McDonald’s and I’m sitting there like what did this man say the make it sound like I wouldn’t leave and so long story short I am no longer allowed at the McDonald’s on Mall Circle because I was just picking up AS A TRANSWOMAN for DoorDash That’s my story guys zero stars for me.

Time and time again, several patrons visit this very ridiculous and unprofessional location. From a completely non-agist capacity this place operates as if it’s ran by children. This is a location where corporate is supposed to step in let everyone go and try again. It’s unacceptable that one 2 separate occasions I order on my app and still have to wait 20 minutes for a simple order because young ladies are in there flirting with there boyfriends and hanging out behind the counter. It’s extremely unacceptable that on a Sunday morning my family and I come into this McDonald’s and there’s a homeless amputee asleep near there register and everyone who wants to order is being ignored. This location also needs to be policed. But that’s a whole different issue. I left without my food. I’ll be going to Chic Fil a, cost most but worth the hassle, and somehow they can manage their drive through.

Will not be going back to this McDonald’s. Very convenient to grab a quick bite while heading to work and this is the third time I have had missing food from my order. Today I ordered the #2 for breakfast. Get to work and no hash brown. Also, the English muffin bread taste stale. No hash brown, not a huge deal but if you are paying for a meal you should get the contents of that meal. Third time and I should of checked with this being a repeat problem. Simple solution is to go right up the road to another McDonald’s.

10/22 around 11:45 EST there were two young ladies working that were extremely loud and using profanity talking amongst each other while I was standing waiting for my food. Honestly they should be fired, but for their sake I won’t describe them. But just know talk to that whole staff because if I came in their with my kid I would have had to cover their ears the entire time. I’m not in SE DC. I expect way better.

I’m sad to say that this is no longer the McDonald’s I grew up with. I miss the old “Rock n’ Roll” style with the vinyl records the building used to have on the outside before they modernized it. The service has also gone downhill as well since the area itself has continued to get worse with rude customers and rude workers alike. I miss what it used to be. As for the food itself, it can either be a hit or a miss depending on who’s working there that day or night of the week and weekends depending on what time you go here.
