This McDonalds has the worst service & staff I’ve ever been to. I frequent this Loves to fuel up my semi & get something to eat, usually around 10-11pm (my lunch time). Half the time the order is wrong (i usually just deal with it). I’ve never been able to get a order in less than 25min. Tonight i ordered 3 mcdoubles, 4pc nugget & small fry. I watched 7 people come in, order & leave with their food AFTER i ordered mine. Also the drive thru & online orders. This place is not that busy at this time of night. Finally after 35 minutes, i told the manager to not worry about my order. I stood there my entire lunch break (plus a extra 5 min) waiting for my order WHICH THEY NEVER EVEN STARTED TO MAKE. The manager just looked me in the eyes & sarcastically said “ok”. He didnt even care to ask why or what was wrong. I didnt have time to get a refund (which would have probably took forever for them to do). Slowest & most uncaring staff ive ever seen. They got my money at which i got no product for, but some of us have things we got to get done & little time to do it. 1 star review….they dont even deserve that many stars. Id give a -10 star review if google allowed. I accompanied a photo of my order. I highly suggest people go find somewhere else to eat other than here.

Drive through experience was great. The guy working the DT gave my dog a little “pup cup” which was one of the kindest things that has ever happened to us in a drive through. We were traveling to NY, very tired, and just grateful for the gesture. Thank you.

This McDonald’s is pretty clean considering how busy it stays! The staff are super efficient at their jobs! My order always includes custom items, but these folks that work here turn them out VERY quickly! They’re very nice as well and always have a smile for customers, even when it’s a busy, stressful day!

It’s always clean and the food is consistently good. I’m here probably once per month. The staff is friendly and it’s conveniently located right off the freeway.
The only drawback is that the piped in music is way too loud. It’s almost like being in a bar.
If they lowered the volume it would be much nicer to dine in.

We were given the wrong food in the drive-thru and went inside to get it corrected. It took about 10 minutes before anyone even looked our way, and I had to wave someone down just to get help. When they finally did, the staff had an attitude about fixing their own mistake. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s. Also food was definitely not fresh ..

Stopped as we were traveling. Food was hot and fresh. Restaurant was clean. Napkins, straws, etc..were stocked full. Staff was polite and friendly.
