i had picked up a moblie order and when i got home, i started eating my strawberry vanilla frosty and right from the start it smelt so strange.. but i couldn’t put my finger on it. so, i just continued eating my food and eating my frosty. when my boyfriend said he felt odd..(he had got a frosty too) i asked what’s wrong he said his frosty was making him feel sick and it was leaving a chalky feeling in his mouth along with that it smelt sour. the frosty looked just fine but smelt odd. so i agree with that they smell weird and taste weird so i text a family member of mine whom was also on the order. they said my sister didn’t like her frosty eaither.. i immediately call wendy’s and complain that they are SPOILED the lady who answers the phone then says “we just got a new batch of frosty powder today so i don’t know why it would be spoiled but ok” i proceed to tell her why we all think it’s old and she doesn’t care. it’s quite obvious. so i hang up the phone not willing to waste my time on a wendy’s worker.

Garrett and team working Friday night at 9 were crushing it. It was busy and they were calm, coordinated and kind. These dudes deserve a raise! Hope the company is taking care of these guys. Thanks for the good food.

I asked for the $6.00 biggie bag with Jr Bacon Cheeseburger minus the cheese. I’m blessed for the gifts I receive from our Lord truly I am! I wanted to share what my burger looked like! I love my bacon but as a Jr Bacon Burger goes this was definitely “light” on the bacon. The fries were cold but hey, I’m still blessed to be able to eat!

Wendy’s cheese fries and oatmeal bars are my favorites; I could eat them daily if I wasn’t watching my diet! My only complaint is that they serve the hot fries in plastic containers—I wish they’d switch to recycled boxes instead. Although I’ve never actually been inside the restaurant, the drive-thru experience is always quick, and the staff is nice and polite.

Thes people don’t have customer service They don’t put any effort into their food. Every time I get my food, it’s something wrong with it. I try to give them a benefit of doubt. Because I do understand things happen.But for like a year, it’s been the same thing i tried to come into the lobby to buy something the other night. 8 o’clock, it was closed. Let us be real and honest. This is fast food. We do not expect a whole lot usually- hot, what we ordered and complete. Today was an exceptional experience. The person at the counter, a taller human with a beard, was so kind and welcoming. The place was very clean both inside and out. The food order was complete and correct- rare occurrence with our family of 4 that are often picky. I don’t order at fast food burger joints due to Celiacs much, but chose a salad tonight. I didn’t expect much for a quick salad, but the items inside were all crisp and fresh. Blue cheese in salad to-go is usually really wet and almost cottage cheese consistency at times. This salad still had fresh (is blue cheese considered fresh ever?)blue cheese. Overall a pretty perfect experience. Thank you!

Restaurant was filthy. Bathrooms disgusting. I had to repeat myself 3 times on everything I ordered and they still didn’t get it right. It was a take out order so of course it was to my huge disappointment when I got home that I paid what I paid for 2 baconators that were supposed to be on pretzel buns, weren’t and the tiniest most pathetic looking baconators fries I have ever seen. Next time I will drive out of my way to go to the Wendy’s on La Cholla and Magee. At least they know how to make the baconator fries. I won’t be going back to the location on Oracle and Wetmore.

My family and I went there last night. Wasn’t a very good experience. The store was dirty and the workers need more training. The biggest problem was that there was visible water damage and deterioration on the ceiling above the soda machine. I asked the order taker and he said it had been like that for three months. Most likely a health hazard. I reached out to Wendy’s customer service and they have filled out a report. But if you are concerned about your health, I would avoid the restaurant right now.
