We and another couple dined at Paxton Grill in Loveland this past week for the first time. We had the pulled pork sandwich and the fish and chips platter. The pulled pork was very tasty but we had to ask for some barbecue sauce which was served on the side. The fish was real cod and were very generous fillets. For sides we had the sweet potato fries and onion rings. The sweet potato fries were the better with a thicker than normal cut and a great taste. Happy hour ran until 6 pm and we made it just in time to grab a beer. We had an excellent server and the food came out pretty fast. The place is not too big but adequate and they have outside tables if the weather is nice. Overall a very good experience. We will return.

Sysco systems food… ordered the “steak sandwich special”
Bun was cold they didn’t butter it up & grill the bun, the meat was basically a heated up Salisbury steak patty.. not a good flavor..no mayo or anything..very bland
Burger meat would have been a 5x improvement
Fries were supposed to be seasoned fries, instead they were plain w some minimal amount of seasonings..
I was not impressed for $50 for 2 “meals” 2 beers plus tip.. Will be trying nearby other bar/restaurants….Hopefully better food than Paxton’s
They really need a proper cook/chef.. lacking!
All the ceiling fans were on, yet cold 40f out & rainy..had to keep jacket on.
1 server for the whole place.. Will not be returning

A very nice place to stop if you are in Loveland, Ohio. We stopped for breakfast on a Saturday morning. It was not too crowded and chose our seats. We were immediately greeted, and our drink orders were taken.
I ordered the Country Boy while my wife had ala carte eggs and bacon. The Country Boy consists of a biscuit covered with bacon, covered with a sausage patty, covered with a poached egg, and then covered with sausage gravy. It is served with home fries. The food was filling and good. Service was great, and a nice, cozy atmosphere. They also have quite a few beers on tap for lunch and dinner consumption. Nice place, nice food, nice service.

I’ve been here several times now and the food is always top notch. The waffle fries, the wraps, the cuban, the drinks, everything I’ve had has been incredible and the portions are generous! The atmosphere is inviting and cozy, the service is always great, and they have a ton of art for sale by local artists you can buy right off the wall, which I think is so cool – I ended up buying a piece the first time I went! It’s always fun to see the new art they have available.

This is one of my favorite places. Been going here for 25 years. Service, beer selection, food..have always been on point. I recommend the pretzel bites, the fajita salad wrap and a Schneiderweisse beer. Thanks for all the great service and food over the years Paxtons employees.

Such a great place right off the bike trail! Ordered a Reuben sandwich with onion rings on the side and it was delicious. The onion rings were perfectly fried. Super friendly service too! The menu has something for everyone
