Not welcoming. Lack of service! Poor Communication . Food was not hot. No refills. Tried to give them another chance since Applebees food isn’t bad, just no workers or management to run the show properly! This place been updated inside but still doesn’t cover up the bad…. Wont be back .

Food was meh. Went for the endless deal and the riblets were mostly gristle and bone. Shrimp definitely wasn’t crunchy, felt microwaved but decent flavor. Boneless wings were the best of the 3. The Honey Pepper sauce was pretty good. Took forever to get refills on anything, only 1 server during lunch had her running all over and making drinks at the bar! She was so overworked.

This is my first time in an Applebee’s in a long time and probably my last. Took unusually long to get anyone to our table to even take our drink order. The wait for the food was ridiculously long and our food was cold. Wanted a box to take my cold food home but by the time she showed up I had lost interest. Friday night, a dinner rush was expected. Somehow I know this but Applebee’s doesn’t. I don’t expect high class dining. I do expect hot food.

The food was great. The drinks were watered down. Becky was sufficient and nice but a bit rushy with us.
Update:. We visited this location again and again the food was great. The drink was actually really good this time, a mountain dew drink. And again we had Becky, and she was friendly but again clearly in a rush. Even if her shift is ending we shouldn’t be able to tell the difference. Customer service should always be at your best.

I don’t know if I was just zooted fr but the food was incredible, it was seriously so good. My boyfriend got one of their burgers and I got the chicken alfredo and oh my gosh….I just didn’t even talk to him while I was eating I just closed my eyes and let my tastebuds enjoy the freaking party in my mouth. Everything tasted fresh and crispy, I told my boyfriend while eating there that “this was a great applebees location”. There’s definitely some locations that care a lot more than others and this one is definitely one of those. The service was great, everybody friendly and our waitress was so nice and charismatic it was a really fun time she was super attentive and you can tell she has her stuff TOGETHER! Lol She was really really nice. This was my first time going to this location but it’s on my radar now, what a great experience. One of the very minor things I will say though is in the dirty sodas they should add a shot of cherry syrup to it because it didn’t really enhance the flavor otherwise. I love dirty sodas so that is just my two cents on that! This is a pic of my drinks

Terrible service. We were sat around 730. Waitress came took our orders. We ordered right away. Went with all you can eat. She brought our food and than dissapeared for about 40 minutes. Came back asked if we wanted anything… which we did… asked for water and some more shrimp. She left the dirty plates stacked and walked away. Didn’t see her for another half an hour after having to complain to manager. Manager wasn’t much help. Offered us a dessert but I’m diabetic so… wasn’t much of a offer. So in the w hours we were stuck there. Half was sitting and waiting for her to show up. And 30 minutes just waiting for a check. Only time I haven’t tipped and I usually tip very very well. Wish it was a better experience. Washoping for a quick meal as I had my 1 year old with me and that quick meal turned into over w hours of sitting just waiting for someone to show up. She had 3 tables. I counted. 1 got served the other 2 in our area did not. Sad. All you can eat was cut to basically one plate. Could’ve just ordered appetizers and went home. Wish we would’ve had a better offer from the manager being we didn’t get served at all. Never again

I have ALWAYS loved applebees. I haven’t been in years, as there isn’t one located near where I live. My husband and I came to Rockford for a comedy show and decided to stop in for dinner.
The food was INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!! It was so fresh and delicious.
The waffle fries were top tier. The boneless garlic parmesean wings were absolutely amazing.
The food came out very quickly and the server was so sweet. I loved that it wasn’t overly crowded for dinner and that we were in and out.
10 out of 10 recommend this location!

Busy place most of the staff had a smile. Waitress was nice and full of smiles. My potato was left in steamer to long brownish tint awful taste. Was replaced with the broccoli cheddar side delicious plus Gluten Sensitive also. Being I’m Celiac and many others we take a chance of Russian Rolet everytime we eat out. Not a choice this is a given disease. GS means we are still at risk. Awesome Lunch this visit. Thank you
