Placed my order almost 40 minutes ago before picking it up. I walked in and they gave me fettuccine noodles with no chicken so this lady tried to go back and get me some quick cut up cold chicken as a side. I’ve never had a problem this is the first time I’ve had a problem with this restaurant. After working a 10 hour shift I expected my order to be right. How you gonna try to give somebody a bowl of noodles with no meat? This isn’t what I ordered on the phone. Then the tone of the lady kind of annoyed me. I’ve never asked for a refund as fast as I did today. Lucky that I was respectful because how do you mess up an order that’s so easy? Tried to charge me $15.99 for some fettuccine without meat then she hurried back there and got me a tiny cup of chicken.

worst chicken alfredo I think i have ever had absolutelyno flavor noodles were awful flavorless the chicken was flaverless tasted like water. even the broccoli wasnt edible either. im glad I got bread and butter that was the only thing edible. waitress could tell I hated it yet didnt ask me how was the meal cause she could just tell I was upset. I normally would complain and get a refund but I just wanted to pay and leave. I still tipped 20% for a meal I didnt touch and wasnt asked how was it and that is ultra low for me. only boxed it off to drop it off to ny mom and she told me she threw it away. first time here and definitely the last time.

Been coming here for years never had a bad meal. Fair almost cheap prices and very generous portions. Large beer and wine last a quiet relaxing atmosphere.

Their service is great, However, their grilled chicken is a tad on the dry side. Meatloaf though is great.

The server was great!! But the food not so good, ordered the ribs with BBQ on side and the ribs were so dry not even the BBQ on it would of helped and no flavor, fries overcooked, I would not recommend.
