Excellent service and kindness from blonde haired lady. She was kind enough to mark the bags with the different topings/burgers between our meals so we wouldn’t have to dig through burgers to figure out which is whose. I did a mobile orde and food was made on time and tasted as expected. One of the best sonics I’ve been to due to the service.

I don’t know who this lady was because she can’t follow directions but before this clip popped an attitude with a kid being my niece she was extremely unprofessional And clearly this sonic is STRUGGLING. The only employee at this location that cares about her job and the customers is Cheryl. Every other employee is rude and sloppy! When Cheryl is not working you will get attitude and wrong orders. Then if you have a question they just walk off and ignore you. When you ask for a manager they just ignore you and then talk crap about you. I know this because I have been told more than once they were talking crap about customers. Cheryl needs a raise and the rest need to go!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had in at any Sonic they were very disrespectful they got our order wrong gave us small when we ordered large and then they told us we had to deal with it and walked off we then spoke with a manager who said that we were just trying to get something for free whenever we were willing to pay an additional charge for the largest even though we already did that anyways not only that but how disrespectful of them to put a peppermint in my drink I’m guessing in retaliation of our complaints. Also very rude disrespectful and I’m considerate of their what customers chili cheese tots for greasy chewy and absolutely the worst

Haven’t been to Sonic in years probably. I was passing by and wanted a cherry coke. They only have 3 maybe four spots to park and order. Otherwise it’s drive thru or there are spots for pickup I guess if you order on the app.
The drink was just ok no actual cherries in it like they used to. Just ok nothing exciting.

Oh goodness where to begin, let’s see here first off not a whole lot of people there and yet somehow took a while for someone to help me out. My cherry limeade tasted like carbonated water no flavor whatsoever, I called back for attendant to change for a Big Red when I got to work Big Red tasted the same more carbonation than flavor very disappointing, but it gets worse I bite into my chili dog and find a long strand of hair in there. DISGUSTING!!! I threw everything away cause I lost my appetite.. So I need someone to contact me back about this.

Sonic is my favorite place to grab something affordable to eat. I have a sonic close to my house and I work from home, making this the perfect place to grab a quick bite to eat if I don’t have something at home. The best part about a drive-in is the fact that you can get your food and sit in your car to eat. If I were late for a meeting, I could join from my phone and the privacy of my car. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE LOCATION, it is run down. They have not power washed. They need to remodel the exterior and interior. Drive thru company is falling off. The back of the building has build up creeping down walls.

Order 4 meals. 4 cheese burgers, (two with bacon), 2 chili cheese tots, 2 groovy fries. We had a burger missing bacon, a missing fries, and a missing chili fries. Went back to complain and ended up waiting 30 minutes to get an up size in the chili fries, gave the fries and a burger with bacon BUT the bacon was completely burnt. If this is the way Sonic does business at this location, I can understand why there’s so many bad reviews. Definitely has bad customer service and needs some training.
