I ordered a Doordash order tonight for 2 roast beef au jus meals. I received the meals with no au jus for either sandwich, stale curly and crinkle fries, and drinks that were 3/4 full of ice. One was a medium and somehow had more ice in it than the large, and one sandwich had more meat on half of it than the other one did all together. How can you send out an order for an au jus and forget 2 of them? Seems to always be an issue when coming or ordering at this location.

I’m gonna be honest you’re lucky I can’t give it zero stars! I have been there several times living in Lee Summit two times within the last month. They said it would be a 20 minute wait just to get a roast beef sandwich. Another time I went, they seemed to always never have anything fresh. Management is not helping because I’ve drove off four times now Due to the wait time. I don’t understand how there is a wait time you’re not closing soon, and I was the only car in the drive-through! This location is a joke. I’ve had a lot better luck from other locations, including blue Springs but this one might as well be shut down.

Not even close to giving the correct order, ordered two sandwiches, with two curly fries, and drinks. Was given two gyros, one regular fry. The coke tasted like the syrup needed to be change, will never go back to this Arby’s again, they’ve screwed up my order too many times. Also, multiple employees hanging out in their cars, then running inside to take orders, after the drive through lane is 4 cars deep.

I ordered online and had a variety of discounts to choose from. I got there a little early a watches as the only visible worker made my order fresh. Very positive employee and short handed but able to ask and show me a variety of different sauces to take with me. I haven’t eaten Arby’s in a very long time so it was nice to be offered and shown what was available. Restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms which is rare these days! Everything was in the bag, nothing missing!

I went through the drive though, and the window worker was very nice. I was instructed to pull forward and wait in the front for my food. However, there was no clearly stated place for waiting cars, which was a little confusing. I received my food, but I only received 3 packets of Arby’s sauce for 6 sandwiches. It was too late to go back and get some more, but that was careless of them to do that. The food was pretty good still.

I saw the fish on TV and they looked delicious.
Well…not so much. Child size portions.
They may have been undercooked, but they were a little slimy and fishy smelling.
I’ll just stick with the Market Fresh sandwiches!
