Avoid this restaurant if you want to be able to have a conversation. It was packed, 60 min wait at 11:30 on a Sunday, so maybe it’s not a place to eat on a weekend. They have a DJ, so the cruise ship style, base pounding, techno garbage is the vibe they are shooting for. As a sound engineer, I would say the volume exceeds OSHA maximum sound pressure for continuous exposure. Add all the people, yelling at each other, it’s not a pleasant place.
The food and service was great! It would have been five stars if it wasn’t a headache causing volume.

Went with friends and had a great meal. It’s a bit noisy, music playing, has an upbeat vibe. Great food, gets busy fast, not our waitress but one of the servers that brought our food out was just not the most cheerful person, maybe having a bad day but could work on her people skills.

We had such an amazing experience at Hash Kitchen thanks to Kaylee! She was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to craft a custom drink that was absolutely perfect. It’s rare to see that level of creativity and care, and it really made our visit special. I’m already looking forward to future meals and meetings here.
Big shoutout to Bridgett as well, she was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. Both Kaylee and Bridgett truly elevated the entire experience. Highly recommend Hash Kitchen for not just the food and drinks, but also the wonderful people who make it great!

This is a great place to have a breakfast. Inside it looks so cool.All the walls have something cool to look at. The service was awesome. The bathrooms are really clean and well kept. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with bacon. It was so good and they serve it on a hot plate. So every bite is really hot. I love that.

Edit: someone made a grave error and removed the almond coconut french toast from the menu. They have fruity pebbles french toast – it is not great. Tastes burned and chewy and does not pair well with the weird yogurty sauce. I saw another girl left hers uneaten, too. I will be exploring other spots after their menu changes. Major bummer.

Millionaire’s bacon is really good, but they should call it Fool’s bacon because it’s like $13 for a slice. Haha Biscuits and gravy are not my thing, but my guy enjoys the dish from here. I tasted more chicken pot pie than sausage gravy, but I am from the midwest (and so far AZ hasn’t served biscuits and gravy as I am accustomed to). Haha Servers are friendly. There’s usually a wait for seating, and online reservations are available (and recommended). Cocktails are available. Fun, hip and trendy vibe. A favorite for breakfast.

Parking wasn’t easy to find, but not bad. You can hear the bumping tunes from the other end of the outlet so you know exactly where you’re going, to join the party that is #ash Kitchen!! I found my friend awaiting my arrival with an empty plate and the server didn’t miss a beat to get me started to match my friends pace!! Drink selection is plentiful and the server guides me to what would best quench my thirst. This was my first visit to the brunch spot so I needed a moment (or a few) to look over everything and try to decide what I wanted to try first. I asked our lovely server and again she directed me to something that would most satisfying my early afternoon breakfast craving, chilequiles! Food came quickly but not too fast, we got to order another drink before the food arrived. Food was delicious, and drinks were amazing. Mixologist, Haley, is amazing behind the bar!! Fun atmosphere, great service, wonderful food, and fantastic drinks. It was an experience that I will soon be having again!

If you’re coming to the Gilbert/Mesa area of Arizona, coming to Hash Kitchen is a MUST. Fantastic brunch-style food. They have American and Mexican dishes, all TASTY. And if you’re like me, and need some Insta-worthy shots, the interior decoration makes for some great shots. I highly recommend the Chilaquiles.

I came here with my team on a business lunch. One of us couldn’t make it and the bar area was very busy as well was our server. Our server managed her whole area with ease, and without making us feel like we were overwhelming her. She gave us enough space to converse about the business that we needed to tend to, and she was extremely sweet. The area was a little loud but we did not mind. Because the food was out of this world. Even though it was a business lunch, I decided to splurge on my team with bloody Mary’s and they were fantastic. We got the bacon appetizer, the french toast appetizer, and I had a breakfast sandwich that tasted like an elevated McDonald’s Mcgriddle. It was extraordinary. I will definitely come back with friends or even by myself. I am dreaming about all the other delicious menu items that I can’t wait to taste. Bravo!
