As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Our fries were piping hot which is a rarity in fast food. My chicken fingers were good, but I have had better… but still good. Drive thru orders are taken with AI (which is a first in this area to my knowledge), but was surprisingly accurate especially with one of the heavily customized burgers we ordered. Overall very tasty and accurate, however wait times could be improved and most items are a little on the pricey side.

Visited this restaurant, ordered two piece wing meals and a chicken bites box combo. We did not receive the chicken bites combo in the bag. After checking the food, we mentioned to the “manager” there that we were missing an item. He gives us a whole story about how we got what we ordered, he weighed the bag before he gave it to us and the computer wouldn’t have let him give out the order if the weight wasn’t right. Even though we’re sitting in the drive thru telling him he can look in the bag and see it’s not there. He refuses to just look in the bag and rather than just giving us what was already paid for or offering a refund, we’re told we need to come back to the store see a GM who can actually do something about it or call corporate and slammed the window in our face. Not worth the visit or hassle to try and feed your family, terrible service.

i went tonight to order food for my family, i got home and every single burger was wrong & the fries were cold. i ordered 2 burgers with everything on it & tomato added, the other one with only cheese, lettuce, & onion. the lady specifically told me the tomato would be extra and i said that was fine & to add it. but no tomato in sight. so i went back and pulled up to the window, while i was talking to the same girl she told me i said no tomato and i told her i did, she argued and said no you didn’t and i just asked her to please fix my food. i got home and it was all cold to the touch. i don’t know if that was done on purpose, but it felt like i just took it out the fridge. never going back.

A couple of months ago I went through the drive thru and got a French Dip. Got home and the sandwich had been squashed when it was wrapped and it was inedible. Today, I got a roast beef combo, the sandwich was just fair, but the fries were horrible-cold scraps is what I got. Not real French fries. It’s hit or miss there. Sometimes it’s good and some it’s not.

Haven’t had checkers in 20 years. By far for fast food best I’ve had in a long time. Every other fast food place is to expensive and I did get 4 items for 4 dollars. Back to when a place that Mc sucks now had a menu that you could get a 1 dollar item. I will be stopping by more often. Also you suck give me free stuff checkers. Lol. Good job
