Eventually another waitress noticed us and said she would get our server. Our waiter came after that, and by then we had already decided what we wanted.
Service throughout the night felt a bit off. Our appetizer took a long time and actually arrived after our dinner. The meal also came out with the wrong sides after I had requested a change when the item I originally wanted (prime rib) was no longer available. We also weren’t really checked on during the meal and had to flag someone down to fix the order.
To the staff’s credit, they did try to make things right by comping the wings and bringing another drink. However, the bill still included charges for sides we didn’t order.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially for Valentine’s Day. I’m sharing this as my personal experience—others may have a better visit.
For dinner, my husband ordered the duck two ways with pineapple rice, which was the star of the evening. My daughter and I tried the flavor menu with skirt steak, but it was unfortunately overcooked and the rice lacked flavor. Luckily, my other daughter enjoyed the coconut shrimp, which was very tasty.
Overall, the ambiance, service, desserts and drinks were outstanding, though the food was a bit hit or miss for the price.

We recently dined at this restaurant and had mixed feelings about our experience. The atmosphere was beautiful and well-designed, but unfortunately, the music was extremely loud. It felt more like being in a nightclub than in a nice, peaceful restaurant where you can enjoy conversation. We even asked our waiter if the volume could be lowered. They did turn it down briefly, but it wasn’t long before it went back up to the same high level.
The food was decent, but not outstanding—good, not excellent. The oysters we ordered were very small and quite pricey for the size and quality. The sushi did not seem particularly fresh, and one of the dishes arrived completely covered in sauce, which made it look unappealing. My wife ordered the ahi tuna and said it was just okay; she felt like it may have been sitting under a warmer for a while.
The highlight of the evening was definitely my risotto—that dish was truly delicious and well-prepared.
Overall, the restaurant has potential, but they should seriously consider managing the noise level better. Installing sound-absorbing panels or noise-blocking barriers could help reduce the overall volume in the space so they wouldn’t need to play the music so loudly. A more balanced atmosphere would greatly improve the dining experience.
The feeling is that you are the family that shows up
The reason I marked atmosphere lower is it seems like people can’t wait there turn to get there order in. After waiting 5 minutes for the bartender to take your order is not a big deal. Though to be honest I see them great everyone when they come in.
