Joey was such a great help. He was Super friendly as well. The breadsticks are the reason I drove 20 mins to get here! The pasta is good too. I wish there were more locations! Best fast food ever and I’ve traveled to 48 states and 6 countries! Hands down best fast food! This location was very clean and well kept!

Ugh I wish I could upload videos on here. Got my order just for my order to be rock hard. I ordered lasagna and I kid you not there’s nothing soft about the lasagna it’s actually hard as rock. It might have been overcooked idk. It’s not burnt but it’s hard. I’m upset. Not only that there’s spaghetti noodles in here. I’ve been roughing trying to cut off a piece but as you can see it’s difficult. I’d like my money back or I will dispute with my bank.

The workers were very kind to us and despite the high number of people in our group the staff had a positive attitude and were very respectful to our group. They also had very quick service and they were very adamant about making sure we were all served the right food. We all enjoyed our meals very much and appreciated the hard work and dedication the staff put towards their jobs.

Such a great experience and the staff were amazing. Our food came fast and was hot even with a pretty decent line of orders. The music was awesome.

Just went through the drive thru and ordered a fettuccine Alfredo with four breadsticks. I went to the window and had them confirm there was four in the bag. I went home and there were only two. I was pretty disappointed as I was sharing this meal. I should’ve checked before I left. I even checked my receipt and I paid for the extra two that were missing. Also the breadsticks were so dry and chewy and hard. 🙁

My wife and I stopped at the Des Moines Merle Hay Road Fazoli’s today on our way to do some shopping. I had a bowl of spaghetti with extra marinara sauce and my wife had the bowl of ravioli, along with a deliciously fresh salad we shared. Both meals were more than generous in size, and both piping hot, as were the breadsticks. Our meals were totally off the charts in goodness. Oh, I nearly forgot to mention the three fabulous meatballs with my meal, The staff at this restaurant were all very friendly and helpful. Judging by our experience today this appears to be a very well run restaurant. We were both stuffed and will for sure be returning, probably just as soon as we are hungry again.

It’s a long wait for food that’s 3/10. They did give me a free drink at least so that was good but even with free items, I wouldn’t return. Oh and the restaurant looks archaic. The food seen here is $13.36.
