The employees are extremely nice. I went through the drive-through and got Chicken sandwich. But what I will say is all of the McDonald’s are cheating everybody with each chicken crispy sandwich sandwiches. If you want extra spicy sauce, they even charge extra for that . McDonald’s is changing but not in a good way, The chicken nuggets are horrible at every McDonald’s. They’re not the same anymore. I wouldn’t waste money.. I paid 9.00 dollars for a sandwich and that’s not a meal just a sandwich. You’re better off saving your money and just getting a McChicken for half the price. And believe it or not the chicken patty on the McChicken is bigger and taste is better. I’ve tested it out at every McDonald’s. Not worth the money they’re dry and very small in portion of protein. Right here as you see the piece of chicken was cut in half. I ate half of the piece but look how thin and small this is. I’m telling you just order a McChicken, but I have the price add some bacon to it onion and if you want tomato you turn out better off we have the price you can get two of these with bigger pieces of chicken on each sandwich. Don’t waste your money and this is all McDonald’s not just one. But the employees are extremely friendly, wonderful and just good people and it’s not their fault they do with what they have and do the best they can. I was so impressed to get two coffee drinks for $4!!!!! I enjoyed them with my company in a very clean dining space. The staff was super friendly especially the lady in the pink shirt! She made an excellent caramel macchiato! Definitely will be back on coffee dates!

Tried to order at counter, nobody acknowledged me so i was forced to order on self serve. Got the wrong coffee, when i asked for the correct one I was rudely told i ordered wrong. They offered to make it again and when I said no becuase i had to leave i was again rudely told i ordered wrong and refused to give me the coffee back sitting right next to the person arguing im wrong. So i just left. I will only use this mcdonald’s as a bathroom break moving forward since thats the only kind of business they deserve from me. HORRIBLE service .

We pulled up to the speaker, heard the mobile prompt, and then silence. So I changed my order to curbside on the app . App gives you an unrealistic timeframe of 2-5 minutes . After 15 minutes I decided to go in and try to cancel my order but apparently is was “ready” . The burger and wrap were cold . The fries were a little warm. Save yourself the disappointment and maybe try burger king across the street.

After work, I decided to get McDonald’s on my way home . When I got to the speaker, I said I have a code and provided the code. On my app it said we received your code. It was for a dollar Any size fry so then I said I wanted a large. She said the code didn’t work and to drive up and they’ll figure it out. So then I continue to order my meal. At the window, I double checked to make sure she got my code. Then she decided to get the manager or shift leader, whoever was on duty. I told her what I ordered. She said I got the meal. Never ordered the meal at the Speaker. I asked for the fry for the deal. I asked for a 10 piece nugget and a large Sprite all separate. The shift leader then turned around and proceeded To talk out loud saying she’s not going to deal with this tonight. This is what I’m gonna do because I’m not dealing with this. And did it in an aggressive manner. All I asked was if they got my code because that’s what I wanted. I don’t know who was in charge. I decided not to say anything. But I feel like if there is a problem with my order or the system it is on the shift, leader or manager’s job description to help solve the problem instead of adding it on or becoming frustrated and giving up.

It’s a 24hr McDonald’s and at 1030pm no burgers only chicken they said ??? So they didn’t want to make burgers they basically said only deep fried easy stuff tonight just chicken and fries you kidding me isn’t McDonald’s like the pinnacle of a burger. Had a nice fresh flame broiled burger next door at burger king. . I’m only writing a review because I’m working nights and that pissed me off because the one time I go to McDonald’s yet alone a 24-hr one they refuse to cook burgers at 1030pm to funny. The drive thru at night is unbelievably slow. There is always a long line and they will leave you sitting at the speaker for up to 20 minutes or more while they have one car sitting at the pickup window not moving. I know they’re probably short staffed, the management has got to fix this problem. It’s been like this for years. You can sit at the speaker and just watch car after car give up and drive away.
