Mobile order delayed by several minutes, why? The point of the mobile order is for quick efficiency. I see 5 employees working, then 4 dissappear and my drink is still not being made when it was due 5 minutes ago. Maybe an employee should ask a guy standing at the mobile pickup area “hey, are you waiting for an order?” Also light whip doesn’t mean fill it to the top. Wanna a better wage and benefits? Just remember, part of doing your job is doing your job. Boo

Super busy Starbucks but it has employees built for it. Walked in to a crazy group of customers who were honestly being super impatient. One of the employees was letting everyone know they were having some sort of coffee machine issue and that their drinks would be out soon. I just went and sat down and waited (mind you, for only 5 minutes). It’s sad to see how this community treats front line workers. I also hardly ever have a long wait here, it was a busy sunny afternoon and they did pretty well all things considered. Do better Kirkland.
Update – Just read the review below from that Karl guy. Prime example of just blatant disrespect. Why involve wage and benefits because you had a bad experience? Again – We have to do better Kirkland. It’s just a food item that can be fixed. Stop leaving trashy reviews because you didn’t have a perfect day.

I usually love this starbucks, but today I was disgusted by the drive thru. The young boy argued with me about what I wanted, (I wanted a blended mocha, not a frappachino.) with an extra shot. so i received 2 shots with foam. (see picture) I will also be speaking to someone else about this, and the attitude of the young man who was arguing with me in the drive thru. I have worked at Starbucks, the starbucks warehouse, (gist) and have been drinking starbucks for the last 15 years. this is not how starbucks acts towards its customers.

A friend recommended the new Iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha latte and I’m glad I went to the Rose Hill location to try it! This is my go-to Starbucks whenever I’m on the Eastside. I’ve come to this store several times in the past and am always impressed by the prompt, friendly service and well-made drinks. The Dubai Chocolate Matcha is exactly as indulgent as it sounds, and the presentation is quite lovely as well. I look forward to being able to swing through the Rose Hill Starbucks again soon!

Hands down the best Starbucks location in the area. I came in with a pretty complicated bulk order of sweets for my work team, and I was worried it would take forever or be a hassle. The crew here went above and beyond to get everything ready quickly for me (probably seeing I was stressed and in a rush). Everyone was smiling and friendly despite the large order. If you need great service and a team that actually cares, come to this Starbucks!

My friends and I came to this Starbucks past 10 PM on motorcycles, knowing the lobby was closed. We only took one motorcycle to place a single order – three drinks for three people. Right away, the staff gave us attitude and told us we couldn’t stand near our friend who was on his bike in the drive-thru. They said they wouldn’t take our order if we didn’t leave.
We told the employee our drink order and then went around the building (not the drive-thru side) to the window to help our friend, since it’s physically impossible to carry three drinks and ride or roll a 420+ lb motorcycle. They told us to stay away from the window or they would call the police.
When I asked how my friend was supposed to carry three drinks on a bike, all they said was it was their Starbucks liability and our problem and if we didn’t leave, they’d call the cops. We stepped aside, but at the end, one employee actually waved at my friend and asked him to help carry the drinks anyway.
Super unwelcoming experience. I won’t be coming back to this location. For a 24/7 Starbucks, I expected a lot more flexibility and understanding. 🙁

This Starbucks is starting to get comfy chairs back inside which is nice, and better chairs for their tables too! I personally missed sitting and visiting with family and friends in the comfy chairs, so I was happy to see they’re bringing them back!

A very cozy Starbucks. Their coffee preparation is superb! Loved the presentation and taste. Usually, when I have the café misto, I dislike it for the chemical taste of the hazelnut syrup. But somehow they were able to suppress that chemical flavor . Well done!

Seems like they don’t welcome motorcycles here… refused to give the drinks out of the window to my other 2 friends that tried to help me carry them. I physically couldn’t carry 3 drinks on a motorcycle. Also refused to carry the drinks out through the lobby because lobby was closed… Told us they are going to call the police if my friends won’t get away from the window
