last two orders were terrible. burrito bowls were very small, food is all over the place, I have never received such a small portion size. food does not match the photo at all. chicken is burnt, black and sour. and there is practically no chicken, a tiny amount of cheese. absolute waste of money. I don’t recommend ordering from here anytime soon, something happened to the place and they do terrible online orders.

Either the man behind the counter is constantly rubbing and touching his hairy face before touching our food, or you get a serving size So small when they tell you, it’s going to be $15 you want to walk out of there without your food.

Only got chips and queso but have to wait in the assembly line? That’s not a smart tactic. Why do I have to wait in the assembly line to get chips and dip?? Rude way to treat someone. Now I come here often as I work near by and this is the 2nd time in a week , where the food portion is making any sense. If I was a kid then this would be a good portion size. And the meat was cold

I haven’t order Chipotle in months because EVERY time my chips are ALWAYS forgetten. Every single time, that’s literally crazy. I just ordered today and I wanted to call the store to ask a question and also to ask them to don’t forget my chips. Immediately I’m only met with a bot who doesn’t help me at all and I’m trying to speak to someone who works there. This is absolutely terrible. Chipotle has been going down hill for such a long time. This is definitely my last time ordering there.

Didn’t want the employee to get in trouble and fired so I’m writing this a year later, because it still reflects on the training this place gave them. Also it’s what reminds me of chipotle now. Pretty much, a year ago went to get a bowl, asked for extra carne asada. Since the front displayed carne asada was basically empty, thought they would either tell me, “this is our last batch of carne asada.” Or “if you could give us few minutes for a new batch.” Except, that was not the case.. the employee laughed and scraped the tray with nothing left and charged me the order with “extra carne asada.” Hopefully the employee has better themselves in customer service and or on a fulfilling path. But, because of the imprinted memory of that experience. I will never go to another chipotle restaurant again, unless circumstances such as an outing with friends. Still I would suggest them other options, since there are plenty other restaurants and fast food.

Not one to review much but I had a very odd experience today. Man serving at the counter would touch every piece of food after serving with the serving spoon. When asked him to stop, he looked at me and did not. Extremely discomforting, but also an allergy concern especially since he was wearing the same gloves and doing the same thing with all customers ahead of me. Additionally, the woman at the counter was more than unpleasant, became cranky when I scanned in my rewards for free chips. Food was fine, but service was beyond sub par.

This store needs better customer service especially from manager on duty on 2/17. He’s very dismissive and ignorant. You could not order in store it had to be through the app or online. Customers were not being acknowledged and were waiting around until other customers were informing them that it was online only. Not once did the manager let them know when he was behind the counter. I placed my order online and once my pick up time came around another customer said, “oh you’ll be waiting over an hour.” I tried requesting a refund on the app which it wouldn’t allow me and said to speak to the manager. When speaking to him he didn’t care and said, “What you want me to do figure it out on the app.” I finally was able to get a refund once I called customer service. Horrible experience at this location. Manager needs to be trained better on how to work under pressure, he clearly has 0 training on that.

Food is always good enough for a Chipotle however I do find it awkward that they have 1045a open time clearly stated on Google and on their front door yet really don’t open on time. Today they didn’t open until 11. Multiple customers waiting outside in the cold and one says they never open when it’s posted. What a pain when you work with a limited lunch break at work…
