Horrible experience this morning. Ordered a mix and match and small hash brown. After pulling off I noticed I only received one sandwich which and a bag of grease all though my receipt has 2 sandwiches. My hash browns was soaked in grease to wear it came on my clothes and in my car. Will be reaching out to corporate on my lunch break. Unacceptable

Playroom ALWAYS has a overwhelmingly powerful stench (like rubber and sewage), playground and floor is ALWAYS filthy, with insufficient lighting and (although nostalgic )is out of date. While the ambiance looks updated, The dining room and restrooms always looks and feel humid and sticky and the floors and surfaces never look sanitized or cleaned.

Pulled up after a long 10 hr shift at 3am . Got to the window and dude says “pull around to the second window” … I haven’t ordered yet so I’m saying hello into the intercom with no response… get to the window and dudes yapping to a co worker sees me and keeps yapping (bout 4 min at the window) guy finally comes to the window and asks “what’s the name on the order?” .. ♂️ ♂️ I said I haven’t ordered yet … he says “do you know what you want?” I said let me have the new steakhouse burger with onion rings .. dude says we don’t have onion rings ♂️ ♂️ okay give me fries then . Food comes out suspiciously quick & I leave … get home not even 7 min later and the fries are ICEEEEE cold . Like haven’t been warm in hours kinda cold . No way a 7 min drive with the heat on could’ve caused this type of cold . First and LAST time coming here

I haven’t been to this Burger King in almost a year and now I remember why. The service is ridiculously slow. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and there was only 2 people in front of me. They need to do better!

If I could give zero stars for the food, I would. The meat on my Bacon King was just warmed; not cooked and the cheese was cheese spread, not cheese slices. Despite the food, service was excellent and the restaurant was clean. However, I will never visit this location again.

Worst burger king I’ve ever been to. The staff was arguing. Food was cold, coffee was luke warm and cresaunt was hard. No ketchup could be found in the restaurant. Spent the whole meal hearing the guy in the grill complain.

This is just sinister. I asked for an impossible whopper. Im glad i didn’t eat any of it. You had the Audacity to wrap a real burger in the paper for the impossible and gave it to me. This was very disrespectful. I tried to call the store and the number is not working.
