This McD is run by an awesome manager! He is observant and cares about his customers. He handed us a free juice box after we had trouble paying at the kiosk. Food came out hot and quickly, right to our table. Very clean, well-maintained restaurant. My daughter stepped on a ketchup packet. The manager immediately sent a worker to clean it up. Absolutely fantastic service here!

I am so thankful to see a great representation of excellent service and a positive attitude. David is an excellent man and a gem. The place felt vibrant with its clean and pristine look. We really enjoyed our caramel machiattos!!!

David (manager) and Cindy (service staff) are absolute legends. There was a mix-up with my order and they helped resolve it quickly and painlessly. They were super attentive, friendly, professional, and honestly, this should be the gold standard for any McDonald’s location. The food was made really well too!

The food was hot, fresh, fast and nothing was missing. No waiting in line at the counter, even during the afternoon lunch rush. The dining area was also clean and looked well maintained.

This McDonald’s is the best around! The food tastes fresh every time, not like it’s been sitting around under a warmer for hours. My order is always accurate. The staff is so nice, I believe the lady I’m talking about is the manager- she is super nice and friendly, my and my kids love her energy!

If there have 0 I want choose 0for today’s employee or manger (because this employee didn’t wear the uniform) When I asked the employee if toy #1 was available for sale today, they rudely responded, ‘We don’t sell toys separately, and we don’t have any.’ I wanted to buy this toy individually because I already have the other toys in the set and only need this one. I am paying for it, not asking for it for free. If your company doesn’t sell toys separately, why produce them at all? And if your store doesn’t sell them, why do other locations offer them individually? As a customer, I shouldn’t have to spend extra money buying the same toy again

I have yet to have a visit to this NcD that doesn’t flop in some way or another, whether it’s from automatically up charging you without telling you (and then acting boggled when you demand a refund of the charge) to just constantly messing you orders.
And yet, it’s the only one on my route to work, so I’m sure I’ll continue stopping by every once in a while for a breakfast sandwich and a messed up coffee.

I ordered 2 McFlurrys, the employee literally just put sift serve in a cup and threw Oreo crumbs on the top. Did not mix it up at all. Then she had major attitude handing me them. She aggressively said “here”when handing me my items. I didn’t do anything to this woman so I don’t know what her problem is but that wasn’t cool
