The employees were friendly and the service was fast. They’ve changed a lot of the menu items since the last time I went to Arby’s, different buns, chicken tenders, and cookies. Their cookies used to be served warm and fresh, now they are packaged. Definitely disappointing, but not at fault of this particular restaurant. The milkshake machine was broken, but the staff was apologetic and kind about it. They are running a fundraiser for breast cancer awareness and had the store decorated with pink ribbons, nice to see!

I wanted to take the time to write a review. It isn’t often that you go to a fast food restaurant nowadays and get polite service with a smile. I was really impressed with the staff. Anista(?) (Hopefully I spelled the name correctly.) Was so nice and polite. An order of fries were missing from my order and the whole team apologized, quickly got me another fry and even increased the size.

Stopped by tonight for a late dinner. Tyler took my order and was very efficient, he repeated back everything that I ordered and gave me my total when I got to the window. He greeted me with a smiling face and was very kind. He was fast and efficient. I got my food quickly. It was delicious and prepared exactly how I ordered thank you very much. You don’t get this kind of service very often these days. Keep up the good work Tyler hopefully you get a raise.

Pretty simple, I pass up the Arby’s in Saville to go to the one in Wadsworth. Very friendly staff, excellent food made fresh, clean and a great atmosphere. They have terrific employees who seem to care about the customer’s. Try them and see for yourself.

The worst experience I ever had for chicken wraps. They literally send us a cold wrap with the old chicken. The wrap was so cold. They never put it in the oven I guess because even the cheese is not melted. disgusting. couldn’t eat it.
