Truly an exotic experience. Nepalese cuisine is something not common in my area so I couldn’t pass up the chance while visiting DFW. There is a lot of competition in the area where this restaurant is located, but I recommend Cafemandu as an ideal choice for Nepali cuisine. Flavors are authentic thanks to the spices and ingredients used for the food. It is a small establishment with a hole in the wall feeling, but they accept orders for pickup if you call ahead or use an online option. Service was friendly and welcoming. The menu was surprisingly bigger than I thought, so you have a variety of choices for a taste of Nepali cuisine. From street foods to traditional meals/drinks, this restaurant provides it.

Food is amazing! Be sure to try the Chili-C momos! They are a unique spin to the traditional momos, but absolutely flavorful and delicious!

So I waited to try this restaurant after it closes early on days I work overnight. It took 25 mins to make. I ordered a vegetarian curry dish. I used to serve meals and directed those meals at a homeless emergency shelter. This food wouldn’t have passed my line check to serve. After this experience, I won’t return here as a consumer. The meal was priced at $10. It came with the salad on the rice I assume, ha. I tossed the two petals of red onion. Cute… But that’s not a salad…

Liked the food. Although the service was poor. We ordered one plate steam momo and it took 35-40 min for them to give us. We had ordered one cup Nepali tea and they took nearly 50 min to be ready to pour it for us that too after repeated gentle reminders, as a result we ended up not having the tea at all since by that time we finished eating food . Visited for the first time based on the reviews but was disappointed with the service. People who came late were served before us and even left before we were served which was very disappointing.

Good overall, I forgot the names. They had this too much of saucy one i mean it was all ketchup could’ve been better with balanced ketchup.
The girl at the counter was so sweet, she also offered a new recipe they were introducing, lol i liked that one compared to what i got.

One of the best Nepalese restaurant, their soups , momos noodles and curries are very flavour full , special mention for their sekuwa plate set it’s really amazing , the spicy momo are hot and tasty . Decent place to come with friends and family , they have a great service

I recently this restaurant and had a good experience exploring their flavorful menu. I tried the spicy momos, himalayan chicken curry and chicken chowmein and each dish brought something unique to the table.
The spicy momos were definitely the highlight packed with flavour and the right amount of heat they were a perfect balance of spice and tenderness. The chicken curry had well-blended spices and it paired beautifully with rice. As for the chowmein it was delicious and satisfying with a good mix of veggies and seasoning that made it stand out from the usual noodle dishes.
Overall experience was good and the food was great.
