Employees R very nice.
I don’t like the hand dryers in the lady’s bathroom, it’s been proven that carry germs. A choice of Paper Towels would be better.

After going to another location on 1/2/26 and having a bad experience, I left without ordering and came to the 91st Ave & Olive location. The service that I received at the Olive location from Monica was great and made up for the bad experience at the other location. She was friendly, got the order correct and took our order immediately when arriving at the drive thru.

The person taking orders is very rude and loud. I wanted the 2 tacos for 75 cents and she said oh no, not here. It’s on the app but she doesn’t know that. So I ordered it on the app and my order is sitting there but no one gave it to me until I asked for it. Poor customer service.

Went here at 9pm to get the midnight gremlin box which I was exciting for since I love the gremlins very nostalgic! Anyways the box was all cold, old and stale. I tried the sauce and it was actually good I wish could have enjoyed it with hot food so I kept the gremlin air freshener and threw the rest away. Got 2 shakes and couldn’t even suck it through the straw it was so THICK ate it with a spoon instead. No cherries on top (best part). Asked him if I could have two cherries at the window and he said we don’t do that anymore and slammed the window! Worst experience! Granted they weren’t even busy but more likely to cook per order if your that slow so hot food goes out!

The lobby was empty except for us the other tables were not cleaned. Employees are not wasting there hands after going into the bathroom. The food was good though but I wish the person taking the order would have greeted us or something instead of looking like we was wasting her time. Yes they were putting the load away the first girl greeted us then I said I was not ready so she called someone from the back. That’s were it got bad service I have not been there in awhile but it looks like I’ll be driving out of my way for good food and service. Ok went back to Jack in the box What a great chance someone turned this place around for the greater this crew was on top of all orders drive thru was busy and inside was good to there were two head of me but the food came out fast and hot and the french fries were great.

The new waffle sticks were good at this location. They were crunchy and fluffy and buttery. Dip it into the syrup and it was a good snack for $2.50.

Drive through Ordering screen faded and was difficult to read to confirm what was ordered. After paying for meal was asked to pull forward “because a mobile order is here”. This very off putting because the order wasn’t a mobile order. Other words could have been used, such as ” Thank you for your payment, please pull around and we will bring it out to you”. Then the order was wrong. It was then fixed and we we told ” it’s the same price no extra charge”. So if it was a different price you were going to charge me extra for your mistake. Not going to this location again.

Very disappointed!!! Ordered #24 Loaded Sourdough combo & there wasn’t enough of anything in the sandwich. Couldn’t go back since it’s on the other side of the freeway.
