Elizabeth was our server tonight and she was absolutely amazing!! So kind, efficient, and made our night with a special surprise for my son’s birthday.
The food was excellent, very quick after ordering it came out. They willing assisted you with any needs. The restaurant was so clean!

One of the very best Kpots I’ve ever been to if not the best! We came on Halloween night so it was hilarious to see the servers walking around taking orders. Our server had a wig on that made him look like Lord Farquaad which we went into a convo about Shrek parties we’ve attended.
I was heavily disappointed that this kpot did not have chicken feet but the meat was good quality and very delicious. We were given menus but you put in orders via iPad which is nice because we don’t have to wait for anyone to waive them down. All of the items are brought out really quickly.
The place was nice, clean, and spacious. There was no lingering clouds of smoke and the floors weren’t sticky.
I had an issue with my drink because it wasn’t what I expected so our server whipped up his own concoction based off his girlfriend’s favorite drink order and it was DELICIOUS ✨ He was attentive, did not hover, and was very enthusiastic about his job. It’s been rare to find someone so joyful in the service industry lately.
If you’re hankering for some kbbq- this is the go to spot. I’ll definitely be visiting again next time I’m in Orlando.

First time visiting KPOT at Lakeside Village, and overall it turned out to be a great experience!
When I first arrived, the person up front wasn’t very friendly, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But once I was seated, my server Frances J completely turned things around. They were super sweet, patient, and answered all my questions — especially since it was my first time and I was trying to understand how everything worked.
Frances made me feel comfortable and welcomed, and their positive energy honestly made the whole experience so much better. Everything was delicious, but the service was what really stood out. If you get Frances J, you’re in great hands!

Best Korean bbq in town , love this place definitely an excellent place for both Korean BBQ and hot pot. The food quality is outstanding — fresh ingredients, great meat selection, and everything tastes delicious. Their Korean fried chicken is my favorite!!!!!The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which makes the dining experience even better. The restaurant is also clean, well-organized, and comfortable. Overall, a great spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. Highly recommended!

Just finished dinner at KPOT and had an amazing experience, largely thanks to our waiter, Josh. He was absolutely fantastic — friendly, attentive, and on top of everything the entire meal. He made sure we always had what we needed and truly elevated the whole experience. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the music and atmosphere were great, creating a fun, energetic vibe. Huge shoutout to Josh for outstanding service. One of the best KPOT visits I’ve had — we’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been here twice already, and I love it! I love the variety and I like how friendly the servers are. Pricing isn’t bad at all totally worth it, especially if you’re somebody that likes to eat a lot. I suggest getting both hot pot and bbq. You won’t regret it.

This was my second time here. The first time we did Korean BBQ and loved it! This time we did Hot Pot and it was just as good. We will definitely come back. We will likely pick which we do on our returns based on what we feel like that day. We have gone during non peak hours both times, so we can’t really attest to service during busy times, but our service was great both times we went. Alyssa was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed and wanted the whole time we were there. Easy to understand once it was explained to us. Can’t wait to go back!

Best first time experience. Took my two sons whom have thing for ramen. Upon entry, we were greeted by staff members with all smiles. The hostest and waiter didn’t hesitate to to explain the menu and everything they have to offer. We did not feel rushed or out of place for not knowing something, which made asking questions a breeze. Food was amazing. The restaurant layout was beautiful and very clean. 10 out of 10 experience. From the beginning to the end. They definitely made a wonderful impression on myself and my family. Our new family spot to dine.

This was my first time going to a hot pot or KBBQ place, and this place is so cute! They have a cute little robot that takes you to your seat and gives you your menus. The food is great, the value for what you pay, I feel, is very fair. What really made our visit an overall great experience was our host, Kevin. Kevin is incredibly personable, friendly, has a great energy about him, and he was so sweet the whole time. He explained things to us, made great suggestions, and offered things that paired well with our orders. We’ll definitely be back to try the hot pot next time!

My family and I have been here several times. The distance is convenient for us, and the food and service are always superb. We especially love the beef selection and the variety of sauces. I just wish they offered more seafood options, like mussels or oysters — that would make it perfect
