Honestly, this was such a disappointing experience. We paid over $22 for a medium pizza, and it was definitely not worth it. The quality didn’t come close to matching the price, pizza from actual franchises tastes 1000 times better and costs less. I don’t know who’s in charge of pricing, but they need a serious reality check.

The only saving grace of this place is the arcade, it’s fun and probably the only reason we didn’t leave immediately. As for the staff, they’re nice when they feel like it, but the overall vibe isn’t very welcoming, especially to people that look like me.

I’m super frustrated we even bought that pizza. Never again.

It’s fairly loud as can be expected with all the kids running around having fun. The food was tasty and came out surprisingly fast. The games are fun as always but they recently added a new playground area that the kids seem to really enjoy.

First time here while visiting Yuma. Very good customer service and friendly staff. The place is clean and has a game room for the kids to enjoy. The quality of the pizza is good, the only complaint is the price. I ordered a small (persona type) pizza and it cost almost $20 with no drink. I’ll recommend it, but it’s a little bit pricey for what you get.

Today we had my daughter‘s 10th birthday at Peter Piper, and they went above and beyond to make everything wonderful. Our server was so attentive and amazing. But the cherry on top of this experience was when I accidentally threw away my dental aligners, and I asked an employee For gloves so that I could look through the trash for them, and she gladly took the trash to the back and sorted through it all until she found them for me. She was so kind about it and so helpful. 10 out of 10 recommend!

If you plan to host a party here and they provide your child with 1000 free tickets, please keep in mind that they expire that same day.

We weren’t informed of that, so I went to speak to them about it and they were giving me push back. They said something about it being a new policy then they claimed they didn’t know.

I don’t know which is which, but it is extremely unprofessional to not inform parents who are hosting a party about this. We are not employed there, so how would we know?

Tickets were honored, but I did not like the attitude that I was given. They were clearly trying to dodge accountability and when they fixed the problem, (especially the elderly man who loaded the missing tickets) seemed very rude about it.

Moving forward, we will be taking our business elsewhere and not coming back for any type of service from Peter Pipers.

I would have left a positive review if they didn’t take up such a rude and defensive attitude and would’ve just apologized for not informing us and simply fixed the issue.

Bottom line is that attitude is key.

If you going there and your are familiar to the area..you know..the pizza is always on point..something about the way they make their dough..idk but it works..only issue if you have kids and want to use the entrainment area..the card reader devices area super annoying..and they have been like that for some minute..have to get it just right in some of the games…other than that..Soild place.

Full of rude employees. These past two times I’ve gone they have some sort of rude attitude acting like they are forced to work there. How are you going to work at a children’s play place if you can’t even tolerate children being children. They need a whole new set of employees it’s totally ridiculous how straight up rude they are. Pretty sure I’m not the only person with stuff to say about the rude employees either.

Wing are delicious but the pizza is worst than Lil Caesars circa 2000. My children had fun in the game room but other than that would’ve given a 1.5 star if possible. The staff looked as if they didn’t want to be there and they didn’t greet anyone just asked what would we like?

A wonderful and relaxing Saturday was even made more perfect by going to Peter Piper Pizza. We won a raffle prize for a LG. Pizza, wings, and ( 4 ) 20oz drinks. The cashier/host “Hennessey” was very helpful, friendly, and professional.
The pizza was delicious and the boneless wings were crispy.
The restaurant was full of people, families with children enjoying thier day.
As I waited for my order, I watched the staff interact with customers, prepare food, and wipe down the counter.
I will definitely recommend others to go eat at Peter Piper Pizza.

Fun place for the kids.
I like the new Wicked Tuna Game!!!

Pizza quality needs help. Sauce is off, the cheese needs help.
The crust was at least crispy on the bottom.
It feels like a Microwave pizza cooked in the oven ‍♂️

The Girl behind the Counter was pleasant, attentive, and date I say it… Cute. Probably her first Job, before she gets tired of the BS.

For the Family, Chucky Cheese just seems better, but the schools use Peter Piper Pizza for some reason.
