Gave me the wrong food. I ordered a kids build your own. I was initially confused about how I received only meat grease in my bowl. It was not a very good quesadillas so was thoroughly upset that it was wrong and not very good. Chatbot did give me a free replacement but this isn’t the first time this location has messed up my mobile order.

Bowls were a mess. Looked like tossed like a salad. Extra rice was ordered for Bowl 1 and not included. For Bowl 2 -2 items not ordered were included that completely changed taste and one item missing. Also was not ready until 10 minutes after promised.

I’ve only dined in here so far and it’s been a good experience, as a vegetarian, Chipotle is one of my filling lunch option, been here during lunch time for 3 times so far and it’s always been full. Beware of one of the ladies with curly brown hair working on Friday nights, she offers painfully small portions for everything, especially the protein. No offense, but I would advise against going there if you see her serving the food.

If you order pickup or delivery from this location, they will make it, mark it as ready, and then just not bring it out to the shelves for 10+ minutes, sometimes 20+.

I love chipotle and the staff here is always very nice. But, I went in today to get lunch and it took 20+ mins to get my good and get out. It only took this long because they only had one person on the line and the cashier was floating between finishing orders and checking people out. And the line was past the door. This place needs to staff the front better during lunch rush.

A number of issue raised out of this visit. Primarily, the girl handing out mobile orders was being rude and distasteful, and lied to me about my order being ready. She called my name, then told me the order wasn’t ready (even though I saw my name on the bag, and I saw them prepare my order), then 10 minutes go by and I go up to the counter again and she reluctantly hands me my food, without asking for my name, and then ignored me and gave me a glare with a scoff when I told her to have a good day (cheerfully). I also paid for double chicken and received frankly less than a single portion in my bowl.
