Thanksgiving 2025 — waited in the drive-thru line for nearly an hour, watching only one or two orders go through the entire time. When I finally reached the speaker, the screen was blank and I was told they weren’t taking any more orders. A whole line of cars ahead of and behind me was turned away after waiting just as long. Truly one of the most disappointing fast-food experiences I’ve had.
What made it worse: while we were all stuck in line, I watched as staff made a woman stand outside in the cold for around 20 minutes while they corrected her order. They wouldn’t even let her step inside to wait. That kind of treatment is unacceptable.
It’s incredibly frustrating to see a full staff inside while customers are stuck outside with zero communication. If the location is closing early or unable to serve, please communicate — don’t leave people sitting there for an hour.
Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident. Hours at this location change constantly, mobile orders often can’t be fulfilled because “computers are down,” and long delays are almost expected. I honestly hope corporate takes a serious look at what’s going on here, because right now it feels like customer service is at the bottom of the priority list.

“No Pickup Times Available” Please use our cumbersome drive thru voice chat that always tries to upsell you on everything. Take a lesson from McDonald’s: I want to roll up, identify myself, get my food, and leave. It’s a shame because the breakfast burritos are awesome.

Absolutely the worst drive-through experience I’ve had ever. I waited an unreasonable amount of time just to place my order, only to be met with complete confusion and zero urgency.
The staff acted like my presence was an inconvenience rather than their actual job. No apology, and no explanation.
If you’re craving Taco Bell, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. This location clearly doesn’t care about accuracy, speed, or customer service. Never again.

This location has been here as long as I have lived in Rochester- close to 25 years. They used to have a part of Pizza Hut inside and my children loved options of both. I don’t visit much since they lost the Pizza Hut franchise inside.
The tacos have always been pretty consistent in how they are made and taste, until recently. Since about 2020, we rarely visit. The quality of the food has gone down significantly. The food is never hot. My order is missing things more times than not. We ordered tacos last time and there seriously was mostly just lettuce. A few shreds of cheese and maybe 2 teaspoons of meat- which is just a soy protein now. It doesn’t even taste like beef and it’s super rubbery. The cost has gone up but the quality down. I don’t know that we will be back.
They did bring back the Mexican pizza which my family likes. They bring back the cheesy fries from time to time. Wish they would just keep some of the traditional items…..they would have more customers.

Literally would give this one a -100 if it was possible. I dont know whats up with the robot taking orders in the drive thru but its NOT efficient whatsoever. The line wasnt even that long and we sat in line for at least 20 minutes just to order. Once we got to order we realized why it took so long ….. theres a fricking robot taking orders!!! SERIOUSLY !!!! ????? And the stupid thing couldnt even get the order right on the screen never again …… and on top of that the burrito i got was supremely subpar. Its fine and whatever but if you have AI doing one of the jobs at least make the humans make the food right.

Ordered food off the app and went to pick it up at the market place drive taco bell. Waited almost an hour in the drive through just to get food. Everytime I’ve gone there lately my order has been missing items and I’m waiting more than 25 minutes for my food. All the upgrades that I’ve done to my food, like adding extra toppings, haven’t been added but was charged for it. Won’t be going there again any time soon.

Honestly I’m pissed off with my experience here. Took them 20 minutes to complete our order when they had literally no customers. Then they forget an item and tell me I didn’t order it. I had to show them the receipt on the bag showing I bought the item. Then when we started eating there was topping we paid EXTRA for that they conveniently forgot. I would rate them negative stars if I could.

This has got to be the worst Taco Bell location every, sucks that it’s the only one close to me. I ordered online for in store ASAP pick up. Got there 20 min later, well after it should have been ready. They hadn’t even started making it, and they weren’t busy. I waited 10 minutes after that before I had to go up again to see where my food was, and they had it back behind the counter just sitting, never walked up to announce it. So it took 40 min, and me making 2 in person inquiries, for me to get an online Taco Bell order that I was picking up in person. I hate this location, never eating lunch here again I don’t have the time.

We stood inside for several minutes with absolutely nobody addressing us or acknowledging our existence. When I told my disabled daughter that nobody was going to help us and we would have to go elsewhere we were chucked at and still they had no regard for the fact that she struggled to understand that it was open, we were there and that nobody would help us. Very rude and unwelcoming atmosphere. We won’t be back.

I went to taco bell simply because I was hungry and I wanted a quick bite. I have always gone to this taco bell since its close to my house, but ever since they added the AI feature, they’ve been messing up my orders constantly. I drove through the drive through and the AI ordering feature started talking to me and usually when I say that I don’t have an online order, it changes to an actual person, not this time. I continued with my order which consisted of three crunchy tacos with no lettuce or cheese, a fry supreme and two baja blasts. We couldn’t see the order on the screen so we asked an employee to read it to us and she read what we ordered. We got to the front of the drive through and we got our food and we drove home. We arrived and we opened it to find an extra fries (not the fry supreme) and three crunchy tacos supremes (with tomatos and sour cream) the only thing they got correct was the baja blasts, which frankly is not very hard to remember.
