Horrible service experience. I asked for extra vegetables (which I know do not come with an extra charge), but the worker was very reluctant and difficult. I had to ask three separate times, and even then, they were hesitant. The service felt dismissive and unprofessional. If you’re attending this location, be prepared for poor customer service and to possibly not getting what you ask for even if it’s something simple and standard like extra vegetables and black beans.
This was for 2 orders.
This Chipotle has officially perfected the art of wasting people’s time. I’ve now had multiple online orders quoted for pickup, only to walk in 20–30 minutes after the “ready” time and find… absolutely nothing done. Not “running behind,” not “almost finished,” not “just a moment”—I mean literally ignored while the staff pretends online orders don’t exist.
If you’re thinking of ordering ahead so you can actually eat during your lunch break or get home on time, don’t. This place treats online orders like a joke. You’ll stand there watching walk-ins breeze through the line while your supposedly “priority” online order sits untouched. And when you ask about it? Good luck. The attitude ranges from “don’t bother me” to flat-out rude, like you’re the problem for expecting the food you already paid for to be ready anywhere near the time they promised.
Nothing like showing up hungry, waiting half an hour past the quoted time, and being met with blank stares, eye rolls, or being straight-up ignored. At this point I’m convinced the online order system is just a trap—take your money up front and hope you eventually give up and leave.
This location needs a complete overhaul: staffing, training, management—everything. Until then, save yourself the frustration. There are vending machines with more reliability, professionalism, and customer service than this place.
Fix it, or shut it down.
