Outstanding Service – Sharray Was Amazing
Sharray was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, professional, and very attentive to every detail. She consistently checked on us, gave great recommendations, and had such a positive energy that truly elevated the entire experience.
You can tell when someone genuinely enjoys their job and cares about their customers, and Sharray is exactly that kind of server. Thanks to her, the food and atmosphere were even better.
We will definitely be coming back and hope to be served by Sharray again. Top-notch service!

Never been to this location before, but it was a great experience! We walked in and it was immediately a welcoming and friendly environment, our waitress Shantanasia was amazing, super friendly, got us anything and everything we asked for and her energy was outstanding. We will absolutely be back.

Came during night time and had wonderful time. All the food came fresh and tasty. And the new milkshakes were amazing!! Would recommend for everyone to try it.
And the server Diana was on top of everything, amazing person. And the manager Alicia, was MVP of the night. Was doing everything and made the wonderful food.

Pancakes were fluffy. Water was wet and hydrating. Food was meh. My steak tasted sweet threw me off. Seats were comfortable and bouncy. I had to go tinkle went to go to the restroom. It smelt like complete mold and mildew throughout the whole restaurant made my head hurt they need to fix that. It smells so bad. I couldn’t even smell my pancakes. Waiter was nice.

We recently placed a mobile order for drive-up pickup, hoping for a smooth and satisfying meal. While the ordering process itself was quick and easy, everything that followed missed the mark.
My entrée, an omelet that was supposed to come with pancakes, arrived incomplete—no pancakes included. For my children, I selected the smiley pancake option, but what we received were plain, overly browned pancakes without any of the fun or care that was expected. Each kids’ meal included just one pancake and a very small fruit cup, which felt lacking in both portion and value.
The kids’ menu allows you to choose either a small side like fruit or a heartier plate with eggs, sausage, and bacon. What’s unclear when ordering is that choosing anything other than the full breakfast plate leaves you with just one small side item. For the price, that’s disappointing and should be more clearly explained.
What concerned me most, however, was the staff member who delivered our order—licking her fingers right before handing over the food. It was unprofessional and unhygienic, and it left us deeply uncomfortable.
Since we live about an hour away, returning to fix the order wasn’t an option. Unfortunately, this experience reminded me of why I hadn’t been back in years. I hope the management takes feedback seriously, because this visit made it clear that there’s a lot of room for improvement.

Busy, diner atmosphere. Food was great. Staff were even better. Friendly, cordial and helpful. Older building, but food and people make you forget. We will come back!

Waitress and the manager were friendly and pleasant yet the establishment is warm with an unpleasant smell. Doesn’t smell like food at all. The kids went to the restroom and they stated that they weren’t clean. Had to change drinks because the lemonade tea tasted like water. We were the only people in the place the whole time we were there. I expected the food to be disgusting but I gave it a chance and it was actually decent. I don’t remember why I stopped going here previously but I prob still won’t come back only bc of the smell, uncleanliness, and warmth of the place. Maybe a revamp of the facility would help. The 3 stars are for the friendliness of the waiter and manager.
