I ordered a ultimate cheeseburger combo #8.
The best thing about the combo was the dr. Pepper I served myself.
Let me begin with the burger. The bun/bread was hard or dried out on the edges of the bun. The cheese wasn’t dripping off the double meat burger. She the picture from the web. This is what a combo should look like.
And let me tell you my French fry’s were horrible. What makes French fry’s so great…..”they should come out hot and fresh with a little bit of salt”. What did I get,”OLD FRIES, that were SHRIVELED”
I threw them into the trash can and the CASHIER saw me do it. She didn’t offer any new fries, she just said SORRY! I have lived in the community for over 20 years and have eaten at this location many times, however, I have NEVER had this experience. Moving on this restaurant is normally very clean. Today…the floors were dirty, there were at least 6 table tops dirty. The coke machine needed a good cleaning.
So I will finish be saying “I saw employees standing and talking in Spanish and looking around and not really doing much. They didn’t have any cars in the drive thru and only 2 customers in the restaurant. Myself being one of them. It is Sunday morning and they have NO PRIDE here. I have so much more to say, but I’m sure it will fall on deaf ears.

My wife and I decided to stop and grab a double smash burger from this location. My wife did not have ANYTHING besides this to eat the entire day. I did not eat anything but I came in with my wife because she was hungry. We get home and she is in pain, she has the sweats, and complete food poisoning. Terrible terrible. Now we are debating whether or not to go to the hospital and make a report on this place. Bad food handing at this place, there were two younger women that were seen as the cooks and one came out of the bathroom as we ordered. Maybe not washing hands? Who knows but this was the worse pain my wife has ever endured!!! Parasites are for sure in this location…….disgusting! Employees need more training on food handling!!!!!

The food here today was not great. The burgers tasted fake. The fries weren’t good either. Everything tasted old. We dined in and the tables were nasty. The employees were nice but just sat around on their phones rather than clean anything up. The only good thing I got was a shake, and even then, it wasn’t something I’d be coming back for.

This location says it’s 24hrs however they close whoever they want. I came and saw placed an order they gave me a kids meal that had been sitting on the counter. They fries were cold the food itself didn’t even smell fresh. The young girl working didn’t want to come to the window instead she stepped back and let the other employee serve the food and when we complained about to order she began laughing. When I asked to speak with a manager the young man said I’m PM idk when they come in or anything he said I just know her name is Marisol. I explained to him about the food and he made us fresh fries. The young girl stopped him before giving us our order she kept looking in the bag and then attempted to hide herself from view after looking like she was spitting in the order. Terrible customer service horrifying experience .
