The spot is easy to find, right off the highway near the Precinct Line exit. It’s surrounded by a few other eateries, but getting in and out is super convenient with a smooth route around QT and back to Precinct Line Road.
If you order the chicken strips, definitely ask for the white gravy—it’s rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious!
I called 10 times and nobody picked up to answer. I ate the chicken sandwhich and drove back to the location and talked to the manager Sylvia.
I asked for a refund, which I thought was fair to ask, considering I drove a total of 12 miles. She did not honor a full refund and advised me if I had any other complains, that I should write a review.
Poor management.

I placed an order for fried chicken at 9:20 pm, and unfortunately, they were out of the specific piece I wanted. However, the cashier kindly offered to make me a fresh batch by 9:30! What incredible service!
All I can say is, I am amazed!!!!!
I received the fresh fried chicken, and it was delicious! My whole family will definitely be coming here from now on.
I waited there for 15 minutes before finally going into the store and questioning where the order was. When I went in the order was just sitting there on the side of the counter. It was already a bit cold, clearly it had been sitting there for a while. They would have definitely let me sit out there for as long as I wanted, I was completely forgotten.
I came through the drive thru and ordered a 2 piece fish combo and was advised that it would be a 7 minute wait which I agreed to. I pulled forward and ordered my food. After payment I was asked to pull forward. The time stamp on my receipt shows 3:58pm. I then requested a complimentary cup of water. The guy stated they dont give complimentary water. That was my first issue. We are in Texas and it almost 100 degrees and I have to wait for my food. I think it would have been courteous to give a complimentary cup of water. After I was denied water I did not pull forward. Eventually another man (im assuming was the manger) came to the window and gave me a cup of water and I proceeded to pull forward and wait on my order that was placed at 3:58pm.
After an extended period of time (4:11 pm)they did not being my order out to my car. I then pulled around to the entrance and went in to get my food at 412pm. The same man who gave me the water approached the counter. I advised him that they still hadn’t brought my food to the car. He turns to speak to the employees asking about the fish order. Nobody had started the order. The man then says it will be 7 minutes bc they were making it fresh for me. So that means when I ordered it at 358pm my order was never started. Issue # 2 is I believe that was done on purpose because of the issue with the water. To further escalate things the team began to giggle at my frustration. ALL of them!!! I then requested a refund and advised I would be filing a complaint.
