I ordered through drive thru normal wings and things. I had to pull up and wait for the order no problem. I actually checked to see the food just kinda tossed in missing a wing the tenders super small nothing you’d want to pay for and the fries also just thrown in honestly I could have taken a small fry bag and probably that would have been that. I went back in and explained to a worker and asked if it could be remade. The shift manager I’m assuming comes back within 2 minutes hands the box back and says yea the fries are usually only 5 ounces I added another ounce. My issues wasn’t just the fries it was the presentation of what I paid to eat. I work in customer service and it sucked. Only to also find out 20$ worth of food was cold I live right up the street really just annoyed me especially how the manger just brushed it off. Oh the eggs rolls were old not fresh either..Remember it’s ok to do the right thing. Sometimes it takes a tiny bit of effort. Me today you tomorrow.

I sent my daughter to pick up the replacement order that manager Chris himself personally called me and told me would be available , she was told a receipt was needed which obviously she did not have especially because this was 2 weeks ago and I definitely was not told about a receipt I needed for an order that was already messed up due to no fault of my own. I called the restaurant while she was there and spoke to rep Aja who said she was speaking to her manager she asked the full order and said it would be replaced. When they gave my daughter the food it was not the full order and I told her to inquire why they told her that the receipt was needed. I told her that she can give the food back because they turned what should have been a very easy fix/experience into another horrible one as she was talking to the manager stating I’d come in tomorrow he told her he’s the only manger working tomorrow and when asking when would the original manger Chris would be in the manger on duty walked away from my daughter and left her standing there. The customer service is beyond unacceptable and ridiculous at this point the replacement meal can be kept and I won’t be returning to this location.

I pulled up to the drive thru speaker at approximately 5:36pm and ordered a signature chicken sandwich meal. I was the only car in line. I was the only car in line so J go straight to the window. I paid, got my drink, was directed to pull up and they will bring out my food when it was done. I waited 20 minutes for my food. During this time 2 cars pulled up and got food. While I understand that those could have been mobile orders, to wait 20 minutes for fast food that was not cooked fresh is a lot to ask of someone. Hopefully someone reads this and makes the necessary adjustments.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered chicken tenders and they were so dry it was like chewing cardboard. The toast was hard and stale, like it had been sitting out all day. To make matters worse, I ended up with food poisoning not long after eating here I’ve been in pain since. If you value your health, avoid this location. Quality and safety clearly aren’t a priority here.

The girl who took our order repeated everything as we said it, as well as at the end of the order to ensure accuracy. The gentleman at the window was kind. The guy who brought food out (we had to park) was also kind. We were parked for all of 60 seconds. Everything was correct and fresh. Best Zaxby’s I’ve had tbh, props to the kitchen staff today.

Drive-thru teller was extremely rude and shut the window in my face. She wanted me to wait on the side parking spot with my car because she stated that I was burning her standby time on the clock which I know idea what that meant. But when I questioned it she got upset and gave me a stare and slammed the sliding door and walked away. I requested the supervisor her name was Shy and she was was asking me what I wanted her to do about it. I have to explain to her that she needed to educate her employees not to be rude to customers. Surprisingly. Very negative experience and upsetting while my child was in the car.

This restaurant tells every car to pull up or pull into a parking spot to get order after paying, no matter how many people are in the line. I guess they are being mindful of some type of drive thru time metric but its really annoying. Then we had to walk back in when the order was wrong, which completely defeated the purpose of using the drive thru option.
