First of all, I was not told that a delivery service was used to deliver your food for only ordering from you for a second time.! #2, food came almost cold. We had to microwave our pizza to get any type of good food temperature. #3, why would you use a thin crust instead of and deep dish or regular pan crust for an extra large pizza??? Also, please take the cinnamon out of your sauce. It does not taste good! I find this below average and may not return.

Never had a menu item, at any pizza place, ever, that was actually not edible, until this place. Didn’t get our order right, missing toppings. Putting toppings between the sauce and toppings makes the cheese not adhere to anything, falls off, but it was edible. The fried dough had 0 flavor and barely any sugar, but edible. Half of the mozz sticks had 0 cheese in it, but edible. The cinnamon sticks were clearly overcooked old breadsticks, with dried up cinnamon on them. They were so hard, you couldn’t even eat them. Never had a pizza or side, at any pizza place, that was that bad to the point you couldn’t eat it. We were afraid to even eat the garlic bread because it was dripping liquid. It’s incredible to me, that someone has this food and tells themselves “I’d order this again”. I’m shocked this place is in business.

I have always liked Teresa pizza, but this was a Big disrespectful , Unfriendly old person she hates her job , poor customer service , needs to take classes on customer service .
I hope the owner sees this review because I have spoken with him previously, and he was willing to deliver to the hospital. Nice guy !!

Ordered reg. Pepperoni pizza. Told 25 minutes,arrived 15 minutes to insure fresh out of the oven. Pizza over cooked, and even worse, not fresh. Looked/tasted like it was sitting for a while.This was the first time. Every other time it was great, fresh and enjoyable. Too expensive too be inconsistent.

Only had their pizza once. I think it was good. But this is 3rd time I’ve tried to order there and each time they were closed due to staff sickness or shortage or something. Just can’t seem to get pizza from them.

I just tried this place for the first time and their food is very good. Now if it’s your first time ordering pepperoni, don’t be deceived! I thought “how rude of then to put one pepperoni slice on my pepperoni pizza!!!” It is covered in pepperoni, it’s just under the cheese and they mark it with one sliver on top to know it’s pepperoni. The salad is good too but if you don’t like olives make sure to let them know otherwise you will get alot that you have to throw out. The nice thing is they sepperate the ingredients for you so you can pick what you want and don’t want in your salad. The pizza is very good, however in my personal opinion the cheese is a little thick, but that’s just the style I beleive. I recommend this place to anyone, you can tell the quality of the ingredients!

I called and spoke to the owner about allergens in their food. We have an egg allergy and my husband was bringing this home for dinner. The owner was so knowledgeable. He was able to rattle off all the ingredients and when I asked about another menu item, he wasn’t sure but took the time to go check. I appreciate thetime he took to check so we could safely eat.
Then comes the actual pizza. So good!! Great flavor in the sauce, the crust is the perfect mix of thick/thin, and there’s tons of toppings.

We got a dozen wings and an xl pepperoni mushroom pizza. Nothing about the pizza tasted homemade mushrooms were obviously canned and rubbery, crust was like a school lunch and sauce tasted like lunchables. Wings had great flavor and were very meaty! I would have liked them cooked a little longer to crisp up skin but overall delicious. Staff was very friendly and prompt. Restaurant seems clean and orderly.

Delicious food, but come on Theresa! Hire enough people to answer your phones! Even during busy times, no one should be waiting 20 minutes on hold just to put in a 30-second order. I waited on hold for literally 20 minutes and then you guys just hung up on me without ever answering. Good food will never outweigh bad customer service 🙁
