Food was fresh and meal was delicious . Went in late night at about 8pm. I love that they are open late. Would’ve gave it five stars but I was rushed and my meal and drink did not come up done correctly. It was a bit noisy,so that was part of the reason. Overall ,I would stop by again.

The food is always good but can you please explain to me why I order a whole bowl with rice and Al pastor with double protein and I receive barely a second serving. I purposely get two servings of protein cause I understand how stingy some of the workers are but HOW do I pay almost $17…! SEVENTEEN dollars and I barely get my moneys worth. I promise you this bowl isn’t even the advertised amount of protein intake it states on the website. It’s embarrassing to even look at. I felt embarrassed to spend that much money on fast food. I rather go to Cava that’s literally 6 minutes away and they actually give me food for what I am paying for. By the way this chipotle in particular is always doing this.

This is the chipotle closest to our house so we order take-out from here regularly. Food is good, however, many times we have gotten home and realized they forgot an item from our order. Whether it be a side of guac, chips, kids drink. One time I went to pick up my food and when I told them my name they only gave me one bag (since they keep them in the back). I don’t know why I trusted them because when I got home I realized they only gave me 1 bag out of 2. It’s frustrating the amount of times I’ve had to drive back to the store from our house to get something they forgot. If it wasn’t because this is the closest location closer to our house I wouldn’t go there.

It’s 2024, and I still have to pay double meat prices just to get a full scoop of chicken at Chipotle. That’s beyond annoying. The food is good, but it’s frustrating that I’ve got to pay extra just to feel like I’m getting a normal portion. Seriously, Chipotle needs to fix that and fast. It shouldn’t be a struggle to get your money’s worth when you’re already paying premium prices.

Is there any way to talk to a manager here without driving back to the restaurant?! Whomever is making your to-go orders right now needs to be talked to. Thought you might want to know, but have no way to talk to somebody. Hope your day is better than the food they’re putting out! Cheers.
Edit to add to your response: I did contact the customer care team, which is actually what prompted me to leave this review as it lead to nothing more than increased frustration. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with them before I was able to get a refund. I couldn’t hear what they were saying and they kept trying to connect me to your location, which only connected me back to a different person at customer care, whom I also couldn’t hear.
The process is absolutely broken. The inability to contact the restaurant directly is ridiculous. Furthermore, I truly thought the manager at your location would like to be made aware of the product being put out to customers so that you could immediately rectify the situation before more bad orders were sent home. Cheers!

Low quality ingredients, chicken is almost always undercooked and lacking flavor.
Red sauce doesn’t seem usual and pico is not always fresh either. Staff’s behavior is hit or miss, some are great and some are grumpy at times.
Staff seems to hesitate to serve correct portions, never experience this at any other chipotle store.
Overall, way below average burrito bowl.
We went to different chipotle stores near by and immediately noticed the difference. We now drive few miles extra for better bowl.

Usually Chipotle accommodates cilantro sensitivities by having rice available before they mix in cilantro… never once have I been to a chipotle that doesn’t (until today). Wild times for sure.
