My husband and myself love fried chicken. We stopped going to the Lebanon location because of lack of customer service and food taste. But going back within these last 2 months have been out of this world experiences. The manager I think she said she was the assistant Bri is the best/ outgoing person we have ever meet and has turned that store customer service around! 10/10 she is the reason many locals have started going back to the location! The Cook Corey was amazing as well the chicken was delicious! Everytime I see those two there I know everything is going to be good if I don’t see them myself and my husband leave! Food 10/10

I was surprised at the cleanliness and openness of the lobby when I first walked in. When I ordered however, I put an order in for a number 3 and received a 3 piece dark. Looking at the receipt, I saw that I wasn’t charged for the Number 3 and settled for what I got. The chicken was breaded well but dryer than average KFC and even the tea was a little tangy. The best part of the dinner was the Mac and Cheese and honestly, Looking right next door made me wish I went to Chic-Fil-A.

Ordered 2 meals to go. First of all you only get one side wurh 2 piece meal, have to get a 3 piece meal for 2 sides. We did not need drinks but there isn’t a meal without a drink. $29.83 later for 2 meals, I get home and the chicken is soooo greasy, we couldn’t eat.

I went through the drive-thru this evening and got a 4 piece original with Cole slaw and wedges. I got home and the wedges were so old, and over cooked I couldn’t even eat them. Very disappointed.

Very bright and clean interior with friendly employees. I struggled over the rating because I went for the double down. I had never had it before and regretted missing its release in the past.
We got the meal deal. $11.99 each I believe. It came with a small soda and a fry that was small/tiny. The sandwich was why we came though. Two warm chicken patties as buns with room temperature paper thin bacon and cold unmelted cheese?
Wasn’t worth the hype or price in our opinion. My son called it disappointing and I agree.

They tend to make orders very slow and leave things out. We ordered online pickup tonight and apparently they were out of coleslaw but didn’t tell us or ask to replace the things we ordered so they gave us a different side we didn’t want and just left the coleslaw out of my loaded fry and coleslaw bowl so I have half the food.

Sadly this was a very disappointing visit. Perhaps I came on a bad night. From the time I walked in there were signs something was amiss.
There were two gentlemen waiting for their orders and they just had the look of men who’d been waiting a long time.
Despite a young man being at the front counter wiping trays, no one greeted, acknowledged or offered to take my order for several minutes while I just stood there patiently waiting.
After taking much longer than they should to take my order, I then had to wait a very long time to receive my food.
Originally came for the buffet, it’s advertised on big billboards on the interstate and was one of the only reasons I exited. Well guess what, the buffet closes at 8pm but thats nowhere on any external signage. You don’t learn this till you walk in at 7:58 and are told the buffet is closed.
Two stars because the food did actually taste good.
Dining room could do with a good once over.

The service was exceptionally SLOW, and the drive through window was nasty. If they don’t have the staff to prepare food in a timely manner, then they may not have the staff to clean the kitchen properly.

I hate to even leave a one star honestly. When I came in to get my order they told me it had been stolen and that the company shouldn’t have them put them their and that they would remake it. So after 30 minutes I’m still waiting horrible service horrible experience management really should train their employees better and I agree clean the store more and learn how to talk to customers I did not feel comfortable with coming back here
