Finally a Tim Hortons that is not part of that blasted group of terrible group of non-compliance with servicing customers properly! Great quality of food and friendly staff! Tbh I wish this was a staple and the standard again! I live in a different city and was driving by this location and wish I could bring that same atmosphere and quality to my city!

Did not order…way way way too slow.. got tired of waiting.. did not use drive-thru either…it was backed up too much.
When I entered the Tim Hortons there was a line formed already so I stopped to use the facilities hoping that perhaps it would be less busy when I was done.
It eas not less busy & the line was actually longer. I took my place in the mine but it move hideously & painfully slowly.
It appeared there was but one person working the front counter. I waited a while but in the time I waited I coukd gauge I was going to remain in line for an extended period of time & I had hours more of driving to do & coukd not lose so much time.
I erroneously thought I coukd perhaps be served quicker of I went through the drive-thru.
However, when I was outside & had my dog out I coukd observe drive-thru & see it was backed up & moving slowly as well. I put my dog back in the car & left.
I ended up stopping in another town at a McDonald’s (used their drive-thru for my order).
This occurred on Saturday, January 3, 2025.

Staff is great, I’m always greeted with a smile and if theres ever a small mistake (which is rare, but when things get busy things happen) its always corrected immediately. But the way they’re managed is horrible. As someone who visits regularly, I’ve seen the same people working every weekend this summer, they’re being scheduled like they don’t have lives. Then, I’ll see someone working nights and then mornings a day or two later? They’re lucky they have loyal staff at this point.

Very busy spot, no other closer option for Tim’s when passing near Durham, but the bathroom yikes, stay away. I would rather find a corn field before going in there. They can be very busy. Looks like they have 10 people behind the counter. Not sure why the wait is so long.

This is what I have been receiving as a “triple triple”… if not this, darker. anyone who drinks coffee could see that’s not a triple triple coffee. As someone who has been going to this Tim Hortons for almost 5 years, I can honestly say I am not quite sure what has happened in the last three weeks. My coffee used to be great %90 of the time, Ive never had to complain. But I’ve returned my coffees so many times in the last couple weeks to the point I have just stopped going, saves me money yes, but when I am going somewhere on business and cannot remake my coffee or make a fresh better one at home it’s VERY disappointing that I cannot get a half decent coffee from here as of recently. Not sure if it would be the cream and sugar machine incorrectly dispensing, user error or what… but something should be fixed here. I’m sure I can’t be the only one getting poorly made coffee here right now.

I have never had a bad experience with the workers at Tim Hortons they are all very respectful.there is one employee xzavier and he is always respectful and nice with costumers and he always has a great attitude

The staff at this Tim’s are the best I have encountered. My orders are always right, they’re always quick and I can still get food late in the evening whereas other Tim’s tend to stop serving. I can not compliment the staff here enough. They are so kind, fun and good at their jobs.
