I never leave reviews, but we have been let down from this location more times than I’d like to admit. It doesn’t matter if it’s from the drive through, door dash, or we go inside.. they always get our order wrong or forget to give us things. Not just sauces though, I’m talking about whole meals they forget EVERY SINGLE TIME.. we love the food Popeyes offers but this location can never get it right unfortunately. Normally I’d check before leaving or go back and get it but this time we will just leave a review instead.

They just throw anything into your bag without paying attention the little girl at the front counter with the glasses has a very disgusting attitude very rude talks to people like she hates her job and that can bring the entire restaurant down even if the food is good. I thought maybe the little girl was having a bad day until I went in there frequently and she had the same nasty attitude. She’s not even rude to me. She’s rude to everyone that take out DoorDash. She just throw the food on the counter. Turn her back and proceeds to doing her business. Family needs to get her a new job or something because baby girl does not want to be there

I’ve been coming here for years and I cannot tell you how many times they’ve messed up my order. Either an entire combo meal is missing or it’s the dipping sauces I paid for. They also can’t tell the difference between Regular and Spicy because every time I order Spicy I get Regular…
Was there a few days ago and it’ll be the last time I ever do. Tired of paying for food just to find out when I get home that it’s missing. And no I don’t want to drive all the way back to your store for biscuits and a refund, DO IT OVER THE PHONE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. Would’ve went somewhere else a long time ago but I really like their chicken. Oh well!! Guess I’ll go to Church’s or Chick-fil-A from now on.

Honestly I don’t even want to give them a 1 star. The lady that was working the counter was very unpleasant. Repeatedly saying she was about to lose it. Saying she wanted to leave. Continued to complain about staff in the back. People having attitude problems. She was yelling and crude the entire time. The sodas machine was down. It was very disappointing.

Ordered a 12 piece classic TENDERS family meal, which I repeated several times at the speaker, only to receive a 12 piece classic CHICKEN meal instead. Only one in the drive-thru & they looked well staffed. Work on your accuracy.

Place was way better better a year ago. Don’t know if management changed or what. Everyone was lost. Guy tried to take order couldn’t figure out to sign on. Shift manager took over on our order. He couldnt stop giving orders long enough to take ours. Asked me 3 times spicy or mild. I said spicy got mild. To many issue to list plus dirty. No condiments out for public of any kind no ice tea. Horrible visit. Better get on top of it or it wont be. For some reason it won’t let me post the pictures.
Think this is a place where management hired all friends now everybody sucks because management doesn’t want to enforce anything.
